customer service is polite and resolve inquiries Promptly we reserve for nonsmoking room but the room had a strong cigarettes smell.

I liked that i was put in a corner room on a top floor. I liked that food places were within small driving distance. Room had a tv and there is free parking. The bathroom tub had old dirt and lime. Definitely didn't step foot in there. The bathroom window had no screen on it and looked old. But what really killed the stay was as I was getting ready for bed, I saw a huge roach on the wall next to the toilet!

great staff supper clean and quiet for the most part.

location was okay. Found a few bedbug shells, slept against my judgement and woke up three hours later itching like crazy and with a cluster of red bites. I've had to nuke everything I brought to the room and also my entire apartment to be sure, also hired an exterminator to come by and treat just in case. Avoid.

Friendly staff clean rooms very nice housekeepers as well as very attentive front desk Sometimes ghetto guests that are loud at night

I call reception next morning to have everything replaced for clean sheets and different pillows He insulted me saying that I was not at the Hilton hotel. So I told him that he was not giving me any freebies and that I pay for clean sheets and decent pillows that at leat for the $100 a night they charge they should at least have the decency to be able to provide that!!!! Not happy at all avoid this place!

I requested a h handicap room cuz I'm wheelchair Brown I've been standing to smoke shop for quite a while this is a little less room that I ever been in there it's like you didn't want me to be in the handicap control he put me in a small room I couldn't even get in the bathroom I couldn't stay there

terrible. reviews too high ugly, dank, soulless with pumping music and room parties going off on a Monday night

This is a great, budget oriented place to stay if you are looking for a simple comfortable place to sleep while in the area. This is a older facility that is maintained fairly well. Not a lot of amenities put jyst A simple basic place to sleep.
