The room with ocean view was excellent except for the bathroom. Terrible wobbly toilet and tub shower with no grab bars. Also when water was running from room above us it was very loud. Woke me up

We stayed in the king room with fireplace and full ocean view which was awesome! We had a great view! Room was clean and staff was wonderful!

The woman at check-in was so sweet, friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in she greets you with a kind voice and beautiful smile. Room was clean but good thing I brought my own shampoo because the complimentary one in the shower was empty .

Dennis at front desk was proficient. Room 137 is perhaps the worst room in the place. Avoid it! There is a view of a wall. The place wasn't even half full & we, new to the area, were put in a dungeon. The wall at the door was crumbling. The beds were very soft & each had 4 nice pillows. One bed was splitting apart (we were curious what brand of bed they had h Beautyrest). The split system cooled well. The fridge was tiny & didn't have a freezer. No Microwave. The heavy curtain for the wall-facing window was difficult to close (dirty or bent track?) Shower ok but nothing special. 3 lamps in room gave just enough light. Bedding good. Carpet old. Desk scratched & old. Tv good but just 2 HBO channels. Wifi - free option: slow. Could pay $15 for better. Front desk had coffee , tea & apples.

the room was nice enough but right next to the pool on the ground floor so it was very noisy. I thought we would at least have a partial ocean view but that was not the case. I was disappointed and we will not be back.

I highly recommend staying at this property. It’s just far enough from downtown Pismo to be quiet but still close enough to drive to Pismo five minutes downtown to be right in the middle of everything.
-
I think it’s rediculous that parking is extra. Just add it to the already too expensive price. The air conditioner in the room had a drip all night onto the floor.

The carpet is dirty. Black feet. There was a toilet leak in our room but they put us up in another room until it was fixed and gave us a partial credit. Their landscaper blew leaves and dust over a bunch of cars including my formerly clean truck. Otherwise beautiful location and property.

Outdoor fire pits were a great addition. Walking path to nearby restaurant was also a plus.

The views were outstanding and I would recommend this place just for the views and location alone but the mattress and pillows were a bit lumpy and flat. The walking trail was wonderful to access the other restaurants and to get a view of the coast.

The hotel has a wonderful location and beautiful views, but the building is dated furniture in the room is very very old and virtually useless beds are comfortable and a coffee makers are disappointing. I rate the cleanliness is OK, but I found a blueberry on the rug from the previous stays. I was a little disappointed in the fact that other than the sliding glass door open, there is no real ventilation. Overall, OK but disappointing. This was my first experience of being charged $10 a day to park on the property. Amazing.

We have stayed here in the past. Last time we had a ocean front balcony room and were very happy. This time we were supposed to have a balcony but we're given a patio ocean view room. My initial booking was for this room but they emailed me offering an upgrade to a balcony for a nominal charge. I accepted and they confirmed. When we arrived we were told there was an error and we had to take the bottom room or try elsewhere! Well on such short notice I felt we were stuck. I later found out through Expedia that they had overbooked the balcony rooms. As for our room, the view was great. The room was not so great. The bathroom was updated. There rest had furniture that looked from a thrift store. The carpet needed to go where old carpets go to die! Looked filthy. Would have been nice to have a microwave. Bed was OK. Though not a part of the hotel, the new restaurant attached to it was wonderful. Overall, this place is in need of a major renovation. We will no stay here again.
