Everything was clean. I wish they just gave me a room with everything that's supposed to be in there

***THIS IS A ROACH MOTEL. The room is old and musty. Rust everywhere. If you care about your health do not stay here or you might get Tetanus or something worse. Staff was no help whatsoever. THUMBS DOWN. Waaay down.

Check in was a problem. Sounded like front desk didn’t have my information. Stayed in room 102, room was not prepared. No bath towels available, only one hand towel. The staff didn’t seem to believe me, reiterated NO bath towels in room before they were willing to provide. Shower drain is clogged. Window by doorway is broken - latch missing doesn’t lock very unsafe. Bathroom window has big crack. Sleeping in my car would’ve been safer

Our room was recently renovated, but the only issue was that the floor wasn't clean. The towel was very clean and new. Parking was available on the property.

Quaint little beach town hotel, in more of a residential area. There is a coffee shop and a tap house conveniently located right next to the hotel so you’ve got breakfast lunch and dinner steps away if needed. You can’t see the ocean from the hotel itself but you’re roughly a blocks walk down from incredible views. You’re also a ~10ish minute drive from Pismo Beach pier for incredible beach access and great restaurants and bars. The room we stayed in was on the small side which isn’t a deal breaker, just something to consider. Bring your eye mask if you like a dark room in the morning, the sun blasts right through the shutters. ?

location was great, parking is free and right in front of the room, room is clean, huge and has everything whats needed, lady in the reception was very sweet Poor sound isolation from outside and other rooms, bring earplugs, and the room had very week wifi signal, probably as our room was the farthest from the reception

It was within a couple blocks to the ocean. It seemed like the room we were in had all the old/leftover/broken furniture from other rooms-it was nothing like the pictures. The nightstands were broken, no lamps on them, shower fixtures were broken, the floor by the door was coming up to name a couple things.

Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable.

One of the worst experiences in Central Coast hotels. The person at the front never smiled, never said even hello. Charged us $40 per night pet fees, that was not advertised in the stay charges. Demanded that pet fees $80 for both nights) had to be paid in CASH. There are no requirements for any hotels to pay in cash unless you are pocketing and not declaring that income. But the worst of it was a room, smelling like a bottle of cheap cologne was poured all over and a noise level from the freeway and busy road next to it kept us awake all night. Result - we paid for 2 nights and left the very first morning, loosing money on the second day. My first review of hotels btw, and I am a world traveler. Please take a note.

It was great for one night. Everything worked as it should, parking wasn’t an issue.

I loved this little place. It was simple and clean. I liked the parking (right in front of our room) The hotel is just a short drive to everything in Pismo. No big bells and whistles but nice and clean and a really comfortable bed!

Good location! The property was not well maintained! Dirty floors, bathrooms, holes in walls… overall just very old and ran down.
