Exceptional

Very good We chose this hotel so that our grandkids could swim and the pool was out of order. If we hadn't prepaid we would have gone elsewhere.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Pool area needed repair The surface by pool needed to be repaired. Loose stones. Numerous weeds within the landscaping. Multiple dead wasps by the railing to enter the cafe from the pool area Garbage can was always overflowing from the outdoor can at the main doors

friendly, customer service oriented staff, plenty of parking, great breakfast, working A/C, endless hot water, shampoo and soap provided, clean room, quiet hallways.

Nice motel. Staff was very helpful. Could use a few more towels per room and either more plugins or extension cords for room

The staff- front desk to housekeeping to breakfast crew were outstanding.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly. The curtains let way too much light in. The air conditioner constantly stopped and started, making it hard to sleep.

In the extreme heat the outside pool was refreshing. The breakfast was excellent. I did not think the rooms were as well equipped as other Hamptons - small refrigerator, no real kitchen area.

Everyone from staff to other people staying at the hotel was so very nice we checked out a day early and they told us Expedia would give us a hard time getting our money back for that one day so we know not to book with Expedia again, although I didn’t try to get my money back for checking out a day early I just took the receptionist word for it and took it as a lost and know just not to book with Expedia anymore but the hotel will be our future stays

Everything else was very nice. That staff is excellent. The in room smart tv has a free game section, and our kids spent the whole night playing together. That was a feature I had never seen in a hotel before and it was perfect for our family.

Our stay was great. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast options were great and they have coffee 24/7.

The staff was really kind especially the woman working at the breakfast counter I don’t like how much I was charged at the end. That’s not what I was quoted.
