Sheets weren't changed before our visit

Everything else was very nice. That staff is excellent. The in room smart tv has a free game section, and our kids spent the whole night playing together. That was a feature I had never seen in a hotel before and it was perfect for our family.

Our stay was great. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast options were great and they have coffee 24/7.

The staff was really kind especially the woman working at the breakfast counter I don’t like how much I was charged at the end. That’s not what I was quoted.

The hotel is beautiful and mostly well maintained. The railing to the pool steps needed some repairs and our toilet seat moved. We tightened it the best we could. Also, we noticed someone spilled water and ice on the floor by the elevator. We went downstairs and told the person at the desk. The staff seemed like they didnt want to deal with it. Like it was supposed to be someone else's responsibility. She was nice but you could tell she was frustrated by it. That could have been her 13th reason, idk. I would like an outlet by the lamp on the nightstand. If it was there completely I missed it.

Very pleased. Positives - availability of coffee, hot chocolate, etc. in the lobby, breakfast better than expected with oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, cereal, fruit.... The front desk staff was helpful when I had trouble accessing the internet immediately after check-in and getting local directions. Big TV with good viewing options. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. I liked having a nightlight available in the bathroom. My only criticism was inadequate blackout curtains, making it difficult to block the bright lights from the parking lot.

From the delightful front desk staff to the spotless and well-stocked rooms, expansive breakfast, coffee and fresh-baked cookies 24/7 and convenient location near so many restaurants and stores, this hotel was a perfect choice. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. Typical continental breakfast in the mornings. Staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat.

Close to necessary amenities We had issues with the physical room keys as well as the digital key on app.

Well lit parking lot. Fitness room was just what I needed. My husband wasn’t thrilled with powdered eggs for breakfast. Have had better breakfasts in other Hampton Inns. A little offended by all the signs to tip. I would probably tip if I was staying more than one night. It cost more to stay here than most other hotels so I don’t feel inclined to tip for people just doing their jobs

Remote in room was replaced 2x and still didn’t work.

Parking was easy
