Front desk never resolved our (2)television that were not working

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Parking was easy but it is kind hard to get into the parking lot just the way the intersection is.

Was very close to alot of stores and restaurants. Breakfast had many choices.

The staff was very attentive. Our needs were anticipated before we asked. The housekeeping was disappointing. The beds were not fully made, the bathroom sink was still dirty and there were sunflowers seeds on the floor. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and we would go back to the hotel.

Hotel was nice & clean. It was also convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and the University of Pittsburgh.

Staff was excellent. Front desk girl (days), young man at front desk (nights) were both great! Oh so was the lady providing breakfast on the weekend.

Front desk staff is excellent. Housekeeping ladies very good and pleasant. Room layout is great. The AC unit purrs like a kitten....great! Free breakfast very good. Bed very uncomfortable...lumpy mattress. Only ONE sink in the outer bathroom....extremely small. Why didn't they leave the sink in the kitchenette area? I've stayed here on/off long ago and that sink was invaluable. Also the only sink didn't drain well at all...The water sat for at least 30 min before goin down. I did alert the front desk.

The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling in multiple spots. It was like a crack house bathroom. I expected a ceiling that was not in the condition. I paid too much for a room that was in poor condition.

This hotel is very well-kept, clean, updated, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. There was also plenty of free parking for guests, which was a huge plus. The pool and gym are a little small, and the breakfast was standard—not overly impressive, but it definitely met our needs. The one thing I would caution guests about is booking through Expedia. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but when I arrived, I was given a king bed and a sofa bed instead. This caused a major inconvenience with our sleeping arrangements, and unfortunately, I was not refunded any amount for the difference. Aside from that issue, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Too overpriced for very, very small rooms.

Room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Strong shower.

Nice hotel for the price. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Room was great for our family of 6 as everyone had somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was just ok, similar to other hotel breakfasts. Pool was very very tiny, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but if you plan to go with kids just know there isn’t space for several kids.

Booked 2 queen bedrooms but got one king. AC not working for 2 days..water pressure is low..
