Very pleased with my stay, staff was friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Old and run down hotel. Thought it going out of business! Smelled like mildew and cleaning was needed in bathroom.

The lights in the room, with the exception of the tub area, were very dim. And room had an odor.

Love the new remodel. Staff is always welcoming and helpful with our needs.

Staff were great as well as the breakfast. The carpet in our room was horribly dirty noticed the bottom of my feet were very dirty.

Only bad thing is we stayed 6 nights and our bed was never made. Had to ask for towels and coffee

The beds could really use upgrades. The dips were so bad, my husband slept on the floor

Hotel needs renovations, but I think they are working on it. Currently carpet is dirty and rooms need some updating. Beds were really comfy.

I loved the convenience, it is near my relatives that I was visiting and to great restaurants and shops, I've stayed here before and liked it so it was the obvious choice for this visit.

Sink water faucet not operational. Waterf barely trickled out. Bath room waters were excellent.

No swimming pool for the kids!

Our room was not the cleanest, with visual cobwebs and some food remnants under a nightstand. But the beds were very clean. I was really happy that they had Dove products in the shower, but then they were mostly empty. We didn't tell anyone at the hotel as we brought our own products anyway. We also didn't complain about the cleanliness as we were only there to sleep and spent most of our time not at the hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. The rooms could use a refresh.

Room was good, staff were great, breakfast was mediocre.

*On a side note * New carpet & fresh paint in the rooms might help mask the stale cigarette smell in the rooms - not sure what would help the marijuana smell in the halls.

There was a tornado and extreme weather warnings. Hotel staff was not helpful in cancelling room or listening to the problem
