The room was not clean upon arrival. They're was hair in there tub, floor unvacuumed. The microwave was dirty as well as the stove. My granddaughter stepped on a piece of glass, cutting it. We requested the floor be vacuumed and sheets changed and was charged a fee for this. The floor was not vacuumed. The"free" breakfast was coffee, tea, and granola bars, nothing else. The fitness center was closed. I asked to speak to a manager several times, however,I was told she was in a meeting and never received a call back

Excellent day. Facility was top-notch clean. Amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated Heather at the front desk during checkout. She resolved a double charge on my credit card and was gracious enough to let me back in the room when I forgot my sunglasses.

I am usually not a complainer with hotel room, but this room smelled like a dirty diaper. Visually, the bed, bathroom, furniture was clean, so the smell might have been coming from the carpet
-
Friendly front desk. Room was clean but got a very strange odor inside the room.
-
Could be more variety in choices for breakfast Was no hot water in shower just warmoverall
-
Everything was well minus the construction
-
Clean facility, friendly staff, and an overall good nights stay.
-
Full kitchen and bath, good sized rooms, helpful info displayed, pets Room door extremely heavy, carpet refresh

The hotel staff was good, getting any utensils and plates was difficult, the card keys to enter the room needed to be reset almost every day. The washers and dryers were smelly and not clean. The latch to get into the side door was not working properly. Overall disappointing.

My father and I needed a last minute stay for a concert at Acrisure stadium which is about 20 mins away from the hotel. When we walked in a bit early April was so kind to let us know that she would be cleaning our room next so that we could go on up. We grabbed lunch and by the time we came back everything was ready. I didn’t realize that April had been tasked with the front desk AND cleaning rooms. That is a lot of work. She was also extremely kind and charismatic. Coffee in the morning was great and we grabbed a muffin and granola bar on our way out. Considering this was extremely last minute for us and we were desperate for a place that wasn’t dirty or poorly run, this exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you April for making our weekend to Pittsburgh an absolute highlight.

I was happily surprised at how warming and inviting, and clean the room was. The tv was on, the windows cracked open, the blinds open, lights on. Would def stay again

Great place. Bring your dryer in case they loan all before you ask for one.
-
Not a five star facility for sure. And not near enough staff. But it was a place to hang your hat.

The room was very clean and the night auditor was very kind and patient. When the night auditor first did the key for the room, we got upstairs to find out that it did not work. He was kind and patient with a very tired and somewhat grumpy patron. He quickly fixed the problem. The overnight stay was so refreshing and made for a great trip back home. We will stay again when the need arises.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No amenities. Outdated. Room was sparse. Window was stuck open. Had to wrestle it closed. Smelled of cigarettes.
-
Break fast was coffee and oatmeal with no bowls
-
No coffee maker in room readily Breakfast was disappointing… misleading in bookings.com saying full breakfast or regular breakfast. But there was nothing other than coffee. Please try to mention that as coffee and some snacks ☹️?
-
It seems that the hotel is becoming run down. We’ve stayed there plenty of times and the care and maintenance has changed a lot.

Rooms were clean!! This was my 8th time staying here, it’s my go to place when I travel from Ohio to Pittsburgh area Nothing

Key would not work. Had to change 3 times and was told it might be the battery on the door. Water for shower was lukewarm. Bed was a mattress on a metal bed frame. A little table to eat at but no chairs- just a recliner and one desk chair. No clock.
