Staff was nice, room was clean, parking absolutely sucked.

This hotel sits in a vibrant neighborhood with great public transportation and is a very good value.

Nice staff, great location, wish they had a swimming pool!

As a Platinum member of IHG, this hotel is ever the most ridiculous experience. I arrived and received a looks cleaned room. However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG.

The staff was attentive and the rooms were fairly clean. The breakfast food was very good.

The housekeeping staff are always very friendly and considerate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Street parking is convenient and easy to navigate if you don’t choose valet. This is my second time staying here this year and I’ll definitely be back!

The only two possible good things about this place is d at the front desk and Mark in maintenance. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us. The parking situation is complicated there was no valet when we arrived so we sat in our car for 10 minutes wondering what we needed to do, will definitely never stay here again but like I said the staff was great.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, EVERYONE IN THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY HELPFUL AND HAPPY. OTHER THAN THE SHOWER HAVING "BLACK MOLD" ALONG THE GROUT, OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT. VERY QUIET AREA

We were very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets were torn, and the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The overall condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Because of these issues, I requested a refund, as the accommodations were not as advertised. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and maintenance for the price paid. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

Restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Their three fried egg special was great cooked just the way I liked them, and as my father liked them all on Father’s Day.

I really enjoyed the property. However, when I booked through Expedia I was not expecting to pay for incidentals. Also the parking situation is terrible! Luckily I was able to find close parking and didn’t get a ticket or towed. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. Outside of that my stay was great!

Hotel Infigo was clean, friendly, helpful and convenient. I will definitely stay there again!

The staff were absolutely amazing. Great folks from the valet to the front desk. Smiles, warm conversation and lots of suggestions. Parking was a bit difficult, but the valet was ready to point us in the direction of where to park so we could avoid the $32 overnight parking charge. Room was clean and quiet! Bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep away from home. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Easy on street parking. Clean room. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates.
