Spacious room, very clean, modern, staff was super friendly, and hotel was conveniently located.

I want to thank the young woman working the desk this morning and the general manager for accommodating us during a difficult situation. We were unable to check out at the normal time due to my disabled daughter having a flare up. Even though the hotel was packed and it was very inconvenient for them they figured out a way to make it work for us and I'm extremely grateful.

No on-site parking..Had to pay $35 for the night to park valet to ensure safekeeping of the car.

Convenient location to Hillman Cancer Center. Clean.

Not a great parking experience although the parking staff had great personality. Clean room.

The main shower head was not connected, so I had to use the small shower head, but my stay was good as always, I informed staff about the shower and I am sure they will take care of that issue before the next guess

The pictures are misleading. The place was not chic. The rooms were spacious and clean but the whole property was shabby. The bedspreads were snagged. Service in the restaurant was odd and not great. I doubt if I would stay there again.

Huge problem regarding the shower door, this thing is falling off the hinges, scrapes the tile and must be lifted to close. Along with that, the shower was dirty. Soap scum and filth were in every corner and the water pressure was not strong enough to wash the shampoo from my hair. There are light switches that don’t control anything so bulbs must be out in the space. I will never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff .But hotel cost for amenities is expensive!!!

Rooms are comfortable and provided a couch so you feel more at home. Welcomes the thought of staying in your room or just staying up to have a chat.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff is very well trained and professional. I took a star off because the AC in our room wasn’t working. The hotel was booked so we couldn’t get a different room. We were given an industrial fan which helped by moving the air, but it was very loud 😵‍💫. We were given a generous discount on the price of the room, which was appreciated. I suggest an investment in some conventional fans to use if this situation arises again.
