The front desk is always super welcoming and are eager to help in any way they can, the bar tender is super friendly and is more than willing to give his recommendations on food and drinks.

Good hotel to stay several nights with family.

The property was clean, with a nice location and secure, paid parking. Rooms were pretty spacious and well laid out

However. Staff was hard to find, and when found, surprisingly cold and unhelpful. The rooms were clean enough on first glance, but I saw a lot of reviews saying how they could use a deep clean and that’s 100% accurate. Also, there was a hole in our floor, about the size of a dinner plate. Drinks at the bar were hyped up, but honestly unappealing (and I’m not picky, but my margarita was basically icy salt water). The bathroom would flood when the shower ran, no matter how you closed the shower curtain. I cannot understate how disgusting the pool was. My eight year old got out immediately which should tell you something. The pool room smelled like dirty sneakers and the pool itself had an oily, foamy skim layer on top. The water itself was cloudy, and there was mildew in it, which I assume came from the tiles around the pool, which were visibly moldy. Overall, it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, and hoping to spend any time unwinding in your hotel, I would look elsewhere.

this is my third stay at this Hyatt location and it’s a great hotel. Very quiet, clean and has a large secure parking lot which was great as I had a vehicle full of personal items parked overnight. It’s my go to choice when visiting Pittsburgh.

Property was in a nice area and the staff was friendly. The lobby/main areas were updated and trendy; however, the rooms were a little dated.

Decor cold. No warm colors. Breakfast excellent. Room and building cold grey and depressing. And ghis was on a beautiful day. Would be really grim on rainy grey day!

Great space near lots of local spots in walking distance

This is our third time staying here. The room is always clean. The staff is always beyond helpful. The breakfast is delicious, it’s hot and there’s always something for everyone. Great location.

This is my 3rd stay here while here on business. Hands down my go to choice!!! Excellent on every level.

The staff was professional and easy to work with. The Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was fresh and well-maintained by the kitchen staff.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and went and got us some ice!! Also only one elevator was working. Seems like for the price, the hotel was pretty badly maintained!! The staff was great!! (Parking was $24 a night as well)

Parking overnight is extra. Lobby is maintained. King suite we booked was dated and dirty. Breakfast was the only saving grace.

Parking outside Breakfast was not good Staff was helpful and friendly

Very clean hotel. All staff was super nice. Just outside of downtown Pittsburgh. Only about a 15 minute drive to get to Acrisure stadium. Area seemed super safe. We even walked around at night.
