Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Parking wasn't free.

We only stayed two days. But one morning breakfast doesn’t have other protein besides fried eggs. I think you should provide one protein besides eggs every day.

Clean room, helpful staff, parking available for extra 24 bucks, indoor pool on premises, stay here when I visit my daughter in college. Free breakfast is a plus but it's free and tastes like free food so temper the expectations

The location was great. I called to have the sofa bed set up but when we arrived we were told that no one could set it up for us. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The next morning at check out I told the new person at the desk what happened and she said there was someone on staff that could have helped us.

The facility was very nice fo us and our grandson. Didn't like the additional parking fee.

It was perfect for us. We wanted to explore Shadyside, Oakland and museums. Liked the suite with kitchen and onsite parking long walk to the room and some elevator issues

Very clean & spacious. Fridge freezer were clean & cold when we checked in. However Microwave was not working

Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was clean and had large nice spaces in rooms and lobby. The breakfast was good. Very close to Children’s hospital which is a super plus for early appointments. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a very short walk to UPMC Shadyside which is why I booked it. The breakfast was hot and delicious. There's a good variety and it's complete. There are places to eat and drink within half to three quarter miles that were an easy walk. And a diner only a couple blocks away.

Only Earl Grey teas available at the coffee/tea bar downstairs.
