When I entered the room, there was unflushed tissue in the toilet. Also, the coffee pods were never in the room for making coffee.

If you are visiting the University of Pittsburgh this is the place! We could walk to the information session in less than 5 minutes. Rooms were neat and quiet. Ray at the front desk was great - made us feel welcomed and cared for after a 10 hour journey. Will stay there again for sure if our son goes to UPitt.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice pool and workout room. The food at the hotel Bistro was not good or reasonably price. Plan on eating elsewhere

On the negative side, it is fairly old and the air conditioning is unbelievably noisy. The location is really good for the university area of Pittsburgh. Parking is confusing but between the hotel and lot staff we managed to get out really early and in the middle of a huge storm.

Staff was super helpful and the place was clean and modern. Location was perfect for our campus visit and we enjoyed the dining option in the hotel as well as the fitness center (although the AC could've been cooler in there). Definitely a great place to stay when visiting the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh!

Close to Pitt University Wish they had some rooms with a kitchenette where you could cook your own meals we have dietary needs
