Beautiful property great area Pay for parking. It adds up 40 a day for parking, payment for breakfast, tips, added almost $100 to our stay.

Hotel is very outdated, all bathrooms have stains all in the tub. I was moved twice. The beds are horrifying, seem like they’ve been slept in for 20 years. Really the only reason why people are staying and booking is the prime location. Crazy $$ for what you get.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is within easy walking distance of the University of Pittsburgh. Otherwise it is old and run down. The wood moulding is scratched and chipped, the linens on the bed were frayed. While our room was reasonably clean, it smelled musty. The whole place needs to be renovated. Plus, it was expensive for the level of quality.
