Don’t except house keeping. It’s very minimal. Room is a bit tired.Hotel just ok. Great location.

Great staff, clean rooms and great location!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the accommodations were very nice overall. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Nice property close to the University and hospitals in Pittsburgh. Small room but very clean. Breakfast is not included and expensive so opted not to get that. Also parking is a bit expensive too. Even with those cost's I would stay here again.

Terrific staff! We needed assistance a couple of times and the staff performed beautifully. Kudos!

It seems dated (carpeting) but clean. The biggest issue I had was there was a small yappy dog somewhere on our floor and he never shut up. I reported it to the front desk and they sent someone to check it out. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and relaxing. We walked to our appointment and we were very safe in the neighborhood. Valet was terrific taking good care of the car bringing it back abd being helpful loading the car. We have stayed here before and at checkin the clerk recognized us. That made me feel appreciated as member of the rewards p program .

I was told breakfast was included at check in and then charged for after I sat down to eat. Not a good experience.

The room is in desperate need of a remodel. The bedspread was in poor shape, the linens were threadbare. The furniture was beat up. Would not stay there again.

Clean and modern rooms - good location

This is nice hotel conveniently located near CMU. The hotel is nice but a bit old and it shows up. That said, I would stay there again if I travel to CMU.

I had to cancel at the last minute due to unsafe extreme weather and concert was canceled. I tried to cancel my room do to that fact. I had a 6 hour drive and I was a hour away from the hotel. They told me that they can't cancel my reservation.

We were happy with this hotel. It didn't have anything that made us say wow but its quiet, clean, professional staff and room was very comfortable for a good night's rest. We would stay again if visiting Pittsburgh. We didn't rate higher than 4 stars mainly due to age. The rooms are in good shape but are starting to appear dated.

My daughter has to go to Montefiore hospital and this hotel is in walking distance. You can still drive as well. Also, there are many restaurants in walking distance.

Location wise it is very close to a lot of food options, also close to universities.
