Amazing!!! A must stay for any trip in Pittsburgh

Just all around great experience. The rooms were great - big and the sheets were high quality. Super soft. Another standout was reception. The woman who checked me in was great too. She was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are already very expensive, but then you'll find them charging you ridiculous fees for parking.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. So happy I could text any questions and get a quick response!! Very clean and modern. Not a lot of restaurants in the local vicinity. But not a far drive or bike ride away from spots!

Overall clean and simple. Nothing in the vicinity. Too secluded.

The room was clean and furnished well. Food at the restaurant was excellent and moderately priced. Staff were all friendly. Housekeeping changed towels but didn't make the bed.

Room was awesome. Driver gave us a ride to our event. He was awesome great guy. He should get a raise.

Near where I wanted to be. Loud traffic nearby.

Beautiful clean place. The only issue is facing second Street. It is very loud traffic truck trucks going by all night.

I won't take points off for this, but the location wasn't easy for multiple things, like nearby access to an ATM, or a convenience store (they do have a small one of their own - mostly food and drinks). They are right off the interstate, but for the things we wanted to do and see, we had to get a ride-share, as we didn't like the idea of navigating Pittsburgh city streets.

I have stayed at a few hotel indigo’s and they are always nice.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the quality of the roll away bed. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay!

The room was spacious but not particularly clean, and there was a musty odor. It faced the highway and was very noisy at night, though the hotel thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs.

Exceptional

The was a stain on the carpet that looked like a dog stayed in the room, however the rest of the room was very clean. Shower was perfect.

Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I waited 20 minutes and a very kind employee who was on her way home at the end of her shift helped me and got me checked in. The parking lot was full so I had to park in a garage down the road.
