The hotel is ideally located to Pitt. The room we had offered a view of the Monongahela River. When we figured out the room darkening shade instead of the screen, we had a very restful night. Would stay here again!

Superb

Did not really have an opportunity to do anything other than sleep in the hotel as we were in town for a funeral. I really enjoyed the layout of the lobby and my kiddo liked all of the metal works/steel works pieces throughout (she is a big history fan). Location was super convenient to where the rest of my family were staying as well. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is the parking cost but you are going to find that anywhere in downtown.

This Hotel was in a good location and clean. We wish we had more time to stay but for the one night it was just fine. We will try this place again!!!
-
Room was clean and staff was very helpful. I did not like the noise from the high way. We have stayed here one other time and stayed on the river side and it was much quieter.
-
Staff is very friendly. They can provide water or we have to go up to 6th floor to fill. Serving coffee in evening will be nice as well. There was a weird smell in my room probably because ac was not working but they switched me quickly to another room. No places to eat etc at walking distance.

Comfortable bed, clean room Paying to park, check in attendant didnt explain that card used for parking would also be charged for the room, when the room was already charged to a different card at booking.

This may have been the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at

This hotel was way beyond my expectations! The room was huge, updated, modern and free of grubby carpet. A sit down breakfast was included with delicious food and a lot of variety to choose from. I was really impressed!

clean, modern, quiet except for noise of the nearby highway. would stay again.

Everything? Every aspect of our stay was fantastic. The room exceeded our expectations, the food was wonderful, and the staff was amazing beyond belief. The courtesy shuttle made exploring Pittsburg simple and enjoyable. TRUST ME on this: Pittsburg driving is not for the faint of heart. The shuttle made seeing most of the sites and areas a breeze. Marvin was amazing, and full of information, tips and knew all the best locations to visit for a good meal or tasty beverage. Andrea, who we bumped into the most at the Bar/restaurant was just as informative and gave us even more ideas on where to go and have fun. If/when we go back to Pittsburg, we will be staying here again. Well, checking out and going back home really sucked. Not there fault of course but it did mean the trip was over. For those who are crazy and or in a situation where you have 2 cars to park, they will charge $30 dollars a day for the second vehicle to park on their private lot. There are not many other options located around the hotel to park, so you are going to be more or less stuck with that fee. 99% wont have that issue, but if you are in a situation with 2 cars, it is something to keep in mind. Location is Fantastic for getting to the main attractions in Pittsburg with ease: BUT I cannot stress this enough, Pittsburg Driving SUCKS. This is not the hotels fault. Just saying it again as I hate driving in Pittsburg.

Parking, breakfast are not good
-
Staff, property, amenities, cleanliness are all excellent, however the location holds it back. The highway provides too much of a noise barrier.
-
Beautiful property!
-
Comfortable beds, lovely lobby and friendly staff. A 10 min walk to south side area with restaurants etc Loud- very close to highway.

Exceptional

There was a fair amount of traffic noise early in the morning

Check-in was quite strict, as the person who made the reservation had to present their own ID. We booked a Deluxe King Room with a sofa bed for four adults. However, when we entered the room, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. After we informed the front desk, they only provided one pillow, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a thin blanket, which was clearly not enough for a proper bed setup. The hotel itself has great facilities and a unique, stylish design. However, the service could definitely be improved, especially in terms of room preparation and attention to guest needs.

Very good
