AMAZING and central - even a free local shuttle

Parking was easy and hotel was decently clean could’ve been improved. But staff was super helpful and restaurant/ bar in lobby was amazing.

The shuttle bus was an added bonus to help us explore the local area.

This hotel was nice and the double queen room was very spacious! Staff were great and the free 3 mile shuttle that took us into downtown was a nice amenity! Having a restaurant/bar on site was awesome and it was reasonably priced with good food, including a 5-7 happy hour! The only downfall is that one side of the hotel faces the highway and can be loud, but ear plugs were provided and it helped.

They have pets and they don't clean well behind them after people leave no microwave in the room

This place is perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I liked the big walk-in shower and I liked the cool industrial antiques in the lobby lobby I wish they would push the boutique aspect a little further and still make it feel less cookie cutter

The front desk lady wasn’t very nice whenever I told her I didn’t have the room type I booked. She was very odd and asked me for my email randomly and still signed me up for membership. I didn’t ask for she did switch my room but just wasn’t really nice about it. She had glasses

The Hotel Indigo was clean spacious and nice decor. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The onsite restaurant was extremely good and wait staff, Chef and Manager Justin was amazing in Eliza Restaurant. Ms. Jacque was very helpful, professional and kind at the front desk. My shuttle drivers Mr. Marvin and Mr. Vito were also amazing. Excellent service all around!

it was clean and modern. Everyone was nice. I thought it was closer to the Pitt campus. I wasn't able to walk from the hotel, but they do have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere you need to go so that was great!

Great place to stay! Rooms are clean and spacious, the staff was over-the-top helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was fabulous! Will absolutely stay again!

Nice stay

There's not much to say other than this place delivered on every promise. It rasa rapture just or home base for a day and a half, but the room was comfortable and affordable.

Nice room and the roof top terrace was pretty.
