The staff was very friendly and very helpful parking was easy to get to and the price wasn’t too bad either at $35 a night. Breakfast was kind of mediocre but better than a lot of places I’ve been to in the past

The room assigned to my family was truly terrible; it was located right next to the elevator. We initially thought we could just put up with it for the night, but that was a mistake. We were plagued by terrible noise all night long. It felt as though the hotel simply disregarded my family and treated us with contempt. This room should never be assigned to guests. I urge the hotel to take this matter seriously. I can say with certainty that we will never stay here again.

Great location and easy access to car so you can come and go as you please. Nice rooms and comfortable beds

Hotel was nice, you pay $30.25 to park. One downfall was the train and its horn that went by several times throughout the night.

When we checked in to our room, we went to the bathroom and saw the disgusting mess. The toilet handle was broken off. The bowl was filled with toilet paper and dirty water. When we complained to the front desk, they said they could not fix it and there were no other rooms available. I asked them to call the manager of the hotel. They called him and all he offered to help was to "I'll give you points". No resolution was offered or performed. We checked out as quickly as possible. A terrible disgusting experience. Do NOT stay here!

BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! all of the staff was great, parking was super easy, our room was spacious and smelt clean.. and was clean! there’s so much to do in the area, as well as many restaurants. bars, lounges, etc. the only thing that would make this hotel even BETTER, would be a pool! besides that, no complaints. can’t wait to come back!

The gentleman at check in was amazing. The speed and precession in which he checked me in and got me to my room was the fastest to date. I recommend Springhill to anyone.

We had a one night stay in Pittsburgh for a concert. The Springhill was outstanding. 10/10. The property was well maintained. The lobby was clean. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was filling. We would definitely stay there again.

Fitness center was open 24hrs, good variety of equipment, entire property was well-maintained. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views. Conveniently located to lots of food options, museums, and attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Other than this the place is clean and in a nice location for venturing out. The breakfast—let’s just say opted out after morning one it needs work.
