Our stay went well. Location to hospital was convenient. Breakfast choices great and food tasty. Parking across alley. Rooms comfortable.

There is no parking garage at this hotel. They use a secondary location across from them. They offer parking passes, but can not guarantee you will get parking.

The pool was on the small side but a nice amenity if you could catch it empty. The gym was tight and could have used more space for weights -- and additional bench and/or a few dedicated weight machines would be a very helpful upgrade, but there was no extra space. Breakfast was tasty (I loved the add-ins for the cereal!) and the whole breakfast area was clean and well-maintained.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and extra bedcovers. The room was spacious. Great amount of towels. I truly enjoyed my stay. Nice and quiet! There was also a kitchenette. Well planned!

Room size and cleanliness was great. I loved all the room had to offer- shelves, a closet, a table to eat at, kitchenette, etc. Everything was great with the room. Breakfast was wonderful. There was lots of seating for eating and some to relax or work at. The staff was very friendly. The location is a nice walking distance to Pitt. They have lots of snacks for sale at the front desk and a convenience store right next door for anything else you might need. The parking garage was small. Checking in was confusing because we were unsure where to park to do so. Then we had paid for a "parking garage" spot for $22 but it was actually an open lot spot a little ways down the street. I don't believe I saw any directions beforehand about any of this. If this was sent, that's my fault.

Convenient location. Rooms were comfortable. Hair in the coffee maker

The shower had obvious mold (red and black). The bed was not comfortable and made a very loud squeaking noise any time you moved. The bathroom door had a lot of dust and residue on it. There was not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. The toilet paper was very very thin and cheap. When booking the site said free self parking—it was $22 a night on top of the booking price and they only have about 30 spots that fit compact cars. If you have a mid sized SUV or larger parking was an absolute nightmare. They have another lot down the block that has 20 spots, but again for compact cars only. No one monitors the lot, because there were several cars that took up 2 spots. Definitely not as advertised, and not worth the price. The staff were very kind and the TVs were large and had Netflix.
