HYATT house Pittsburgh-South Side

This is a wonderful place to stay, excellent in every way. It was fully remodeled and redone two years ago, and it still looks brand new.

No proper instructions given while checking in - especially about Breakfast timing, etc. Parking was very expensive and that too those slots are very tiny. Before even we checkout, the housekeeping staff came in, while we stepped out of the room and he disposed our food which we kept on the island. This was don’t between 10-11 am and the actual checkout was at 12pm.

This property is brand new. Breakfast is really good. The room has a small kitchen.

The hotel is extremely clean, and the room and bathroom are spacious. We left early for our flight so did not have a chance to have breakfast there. The only thing that might augment the comfort for customers is presence of staff to help with handicapped people to settle in the room and with room check out

The staff were very nice and accommodating the river front view was stunning Some of the pillows have lumps (3 out of 5 in my room) almost like the stuffing has clumped together

Excellent! We had a room that overlooked the river, which was such a treat. The room (King) was spacious with a kitchenette and island for eating/working at, and a couch. The bathroom was elegant. And the breakfast was decent. One complaint is there’s only one elevator and it is the slowest elevator I’ve ever experienced.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Check-in was quick, friendly, and hassle-free, which was a welcome start after a long day of travel. The room itself was surprisingly large, remarkably clean, and featured a full kitchen that made our stay so convenient. The location truly can't be beat. It felt very safe, with plenty of great restaurant options within easy walking distance. On top of that, the surrounding area is beautiful — there's a fantastic dog park right across the street and a lovely river running along the other side, making morning walks a absolute treat. Whether you're traveling with a dog or just looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I highly recommend this spot.

Very nice place to stay

This is my 2nd stay at this Hyatt, the staff and amenities are great. Beautiful outdoor seating, a nice gym and the included breakfast is good, especially if you have kids. The surrounding area is safe with many restaurant options. Public transportation is only a 2 or 3 blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel.
