Great location. The king room was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect for traveling with kids! We hope to be back!

Front office staff, Danny in particular were very helpful at check-in and when we needed towels.

It was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing, I can't explain that ppl have to go enjoy, what you like it all especially the equipped kitchen!!! That on Saturday a lot of stuff wasn't available because of a wedding but that wasn't a problem at all either, but the worst was the toilet was too low

The 2 ladies who were working the breakfast area on Saturday 6/20/26 were phenomenal! The staff elsewhere was kind and the building is beautiful and in a great location. However the room looked clean but you could tell it was rushed through. The sheets appeared to be smoothed over and other areas that I always wipe down were dusty. Crumbs or seeds were in the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. But other than that great location and nice hotel

On the last day, I took my water bottle to the water station that has lemon in it and was rudely informed by a lady whom I assume works at the hotel. She was standing at the desk talking to the check in people and she informed me that I should use the water fountain to fill my water bottle. I did use the fountain the day before and the water tasted like dirt. The rooms are very nice and spacious and pretty clean. I've stayed here a few times and have decided it's just more trouble than it's worth. I really like that it's right next to the river though.

Room was ok, had to change the allocated room as AC was not working. Room Service was prompt to respond for requests. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but definitely can improve Doing due diligence before room allocation can help in a great way.

The view and location are very good. Right next to the river and Hoffbrau Haus. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I had a $200 hold put on my credit card for incidentals even though I was a Hyatt member. I asked the hotel lobby attendant to remove it because he told me he made a mistake, but he said it would have to be done by someone else the next day. I asked if I should check to make sure they did it and he said no. This did not sit well with me, as it was his mistake. There was also no hot coffee in the lobby or complementary water. They ran out of cups for the water with lime in it and seemed perplexed that they needed to monitor that station. Those tables were not clean. The breakfast was not great and very congested as there was only one pot of coffee for the entire hotel. We asked for room service every day of our four night stay and was told no problem. The maid came once and did not come back any other days. I called again and was told we can only have maid service every three days! What? The guy I talked to had an attitude and told me he would "try" to get us service. I said, "so are you telling me we will have service tomorrow or not?". He said "I told you I would try. Why are you still on the phone?" This is not customer service. These are flunkies who haven't been trained to do their jobs running a Hyatt in a ig city. How does this happen? Luckily, my son is moving and we won't have to stay here again. The hotel room was bare bones industrial with hard floors and thin carpet. We had to get our own towels and soap from the maid cart and make our own beds.

My room was very clean and had everything I needed. Each staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful. They always greeted me very politely and were happy to answer any questions I had. I had a great stay The only thing that wasn’t great was that the parking spaces are very small and parking is tight. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is very kind and helpful

Everything! It’s close to everything and staff if excellent.

Extra fees were charged at arrival.

Breakfast eggs were sometimes cold; melon mix was 'slimy', not fresh.
