No parking!! Have to pay to park.. $17 for 11 hours.. Not free after midnight light guy said checking me in!! They also charged my card $250 for incidentals which is ridiculous!!!!!beds are hard.. Won’t be staying there again 👎

The property is nice and the staff I encounter was helpful. The restaurant has good food and drinks. My problem was my air conditioner didn't work for 2 days and it was 79 degrees in my room. The last day I encountered someone downstairs at the desk who helped me and sent someone to fix the air conditioner. Besides that only bad thing is the parking. But I would definitely stay there again hopefully they will take care of my two days I was burning up in the room

Parking is kinda awkward — there are no nearby lots that let you park for more than 10 hours at a time, and while parking is free in front of the hotel from 6 pm to 8 am, that still means you have to wake up at 8 am to either move your car or pay for parking until 10 am, at which point you have to move your car anyway.

The room was lovely and super clean!

- Shower didn't drain, and was only deep enough to hold the water from one shower. Luckily there was only one of me to use it. - AC wasn't able to keep up with the thermostat until after I'd woken up on the morning. I reported those issues to a staff member who I caught in the hall, who was nice and apologetic. Also, not a fan of the automated check-in. I have to make myself presentable late at night just to book a dang room?

The room was excellent and comfortable. The location is great and there are many different restaurants very close by. Parking is paid parking with the closest parking on the street or in the lot behind. I recommend using the lot because it has less time restrictions than the street parking. Easy to deal with if you use the parking app. When I am in Pittsburgh again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

View of the East Liberty dome was sweet. Microwave should be moved higher. The lack of a kitchen sink is odd. Getting into the right side of the bed is tricky.
