SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Bakery Square

Loved the hotel and it’s location, only downfall was it said it had a pool and it does not.

For a Springhill Suites I expected better for Breakfast. Sausages looked dry and not even the bare minimum of eggs available. I've stayed at other Springhill Suites and had a lot of selections.

My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. I will think twice about staying there again. Dr. Stephen Parks

Room was clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Parking was in the city garage with first 3 hours free but overnight $16. Overall good place with some shopping and restaurants, and ice cream places nearby.

First and foremost, the staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view of the park and square down below. Even though we did not get to take advantage of it, LA Fitness was free for our use. I cannot think of anything.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great, and the staff was super helpful with holding our luggage for the several hours between check-out time and when we needed to leave for our flight.

Clean. Renovated. Great little area with shops and food. 15 minutes from downtown. Front desk pleasant and helpful. Easy inexpensive parking attached. LA FitnessGym access ! Not one complaint
