I called the budget here. I told them I did not stay in that hotel that day I paid for the wrong hotel room. I tried to pay for a room in McKinney Texas so I made a mistake. I never showed up for that room reservation. I canceled it, but the booking app never canceled so I’m not fucking with the book app no your hotel ever again and I have millions of followers I’m going to a boy cock the budget to hotel because I called and they hung up on me after I told them my situation so fuck y’all.

Hot water was not hot enough. Towels were sparse and rough.

Needs an update.

Property was fine Our bed sheet had dried blood on it

Nothing it was absolutely disgusting. These pictures and reviews are extremely misleading. We pulled up and didn’t even stay we just took off. People outside partying. Looked more like an apartment complex. The front area seems fine and they gave us a room at the back with literally everyone outside drinking smoking and partying it up.

The remote did not work too well though. Not enough to complain about!

This is a gem. It is a very well-maintained vintage motel. The room was very nice and comfortable. This was also one of the few accommodations that gave us enough towels for our party without having to go to the office for more. The techy might not find the plugs they want but it was enough for us. Wi-Fi was good too. The area may look a bit worn but there were restaurants close and just down the road a bit is plenty more. We found two we really enjoyed. For lunch and evening meals we found the Cotton Gin Cafe. It is a bit pricey, but the food is worth it. Upscale home cooking, yummy! Good service too. The other is one of the best McDonalds I've ever seen. It was spotless clean with wonderful customer service. The seating area was comfortable. Customers were smiling and so were the servers. Some people looked to be settled in for a nice catch-up with the friends over coffee. Which reminds me, they even served tea, hot tea. The decor was whimsical and local. So, if you find yourself in the area please book in at the Budget Inn and try these eateries. You won't regret it. Can't think of a thing.
