The facility is very nice and clean. Rooms spacious The staff doesn't know how to work their own system. Got charged thru booking.com and then she put the charge on my card again. Now I get to wait 7 days to get my money back. Thats after I tried to ask manager and she doesn't even let u complete a sentence

My sister and I stayed here for my Mother's funeral in nearby Olton. We were very disappointed by the construction, lock replacement, going on in the Hotel. No one warned us of this going on and resting during the day was out of the question. The lock replacements were ridiculously loud and the from desk did not warn us of the replacement happening during our stay. Not happy with management on this one.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast exceptional. Elevator felt and sounded unsafe. Pool not heated. Management staff struggled with front desk computer

We especially appreciated the coffee being available at all hours, and the breakfast choices were delicious and plentiful. Great beds, too!

Everything was great . only two complaints are that the towels were very rough and the pool was way too cold. Other than that it was one of the best stays I've had at a hotel. Thank you.

The room was clean, spacious, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet environment that made it easy to rest after a long day. The hotel’s location was practical, with easy access to nearby restaurants and main roads, which made getting around Plainview simple. There is also a Walmart nearby, which was very convenient for picking up snacks, travel essentials, and anything needed during the stay.

Room was large and clean. The breakfast was tasty -one of the better "breakfast is included" that we've had. Two days and a different variety each day. Location was great for anything you may have needed - Gas, Wal-Mart, restaurants and fast food. Front desk always present and helpful.
