Great stay clean place great people

Nothing - Stay was horrible Property is extremely misrepresented online. Rooms were in filthy and disgusting condition, door locks were broken and had to prop a chair under door knob just to keep door shut, animal pellet food of some kind under edge of bed, substances smeared on walls all throughout. Not to mention prostitutes leaving the room next door when we arrived. Had we not just driven 6 hours and arrived after midnight we wouldn’t not have stayed there. Forced to stay elsewhere for our safety for the second night. I would not pay for my dog to stay in this place.

Not good. Cold coffee

The staff was friendly however the room wasn’t very clean and the AC didn’t work well

The door was so hard to get in. We would scan over and over until we had to like push the nob up hard then push out the door hard to get in the room and this was every time. We had to stay for 2 night and it was annoying. Then the smoke alarm was beeping to change the battery. I called front desk and nobody pick up. So I had to unplug the alarm off just to get some sleep.

Very, very friendly staff. The room was okay. Not Wyndham quality. No coffee maker. I think the old Wyndham towels go to the Super 8s, but for the price and the fact hotels in these small towns are packed, we felt lucky to find a place. The pool is nonexistent and apparently needs lots of work. The door to the pool area is broken, so you need a key on the front side, but anyone can jump the back fence and walk right in. Also, the grab and go breakfast was nonexistent. Very little left and we left at 6:30 am. If Wyndham is going to buy these, they need to invest some money into them.

Tbh this place is if you just need a place to sleep. Make sure you take you some pillows because you only have couch pillows on the bed, the restroom door wouldn’t close unless we lifted the toilet seat, the carpet was sticky and felt like it hasn’t been fully cleaned in years, the hall way had a smell I couldnt quiet put my finger on, and the chair that was in the room was dirty, stained (with god knows what) and smelt. Like i said it the beginning, its a cheap place to put your head down but just a lot with it.

The room and bathroom were very clean and that's most important! Furnished nicely. However, The lining of the room draperies need attention as it was coming detached from the drapery fabric and hanging down below the drapery hemline. A little tacky but the drapery was made from nice fabric. This really being a minor detail. I appreciated having a freezer section in the refrigerator. The hallways could be better maintained and the entrance area @ the side doors could also be vacuumed and kept up better. The key card didn't work so well. It required me to try 3 to 4 times before the card could be read on both the exterior and room doors. Breakfast was supposed to be served. There was no coffee at 8:30 am at the breakfast bar. And I have to say another couple as well as my self were not enthusiastic about the items offered for breakfast so we both left. Not a fan of instant oatmeal or dry cereal. No yogurt, eggs, anything hot was offered. Plain bread, muffin and a bagel was it. The Lobby could use a little more furniture as it looked like they just moved in and there was very little lobby sitting. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I didn’t like the bathroom.

I reserved a room and upon arriving was met by the front desk manager or associate who asked if I was checking in which I was. Then was informed they had no rooms and to which was told they will refund your money now they are refusing to give me a refund and had to sleep in my car because there were no other rooms in plainview. Totally ruined my trip

Showed up in the pool was empty. No water in it so someone needs to take that picture down of the pool. False advertisement

I like everything about the motel but the whole thing about it was it showed pictures of a pool and when we got there the pool was empty. That really sucked a little bit but overall everything was great. The staff, the room, the location, the cleanliness Showed up in the pool was empty. No water in it so someone needs to take that picture down of the pool. False advertisement

Location pretty good, room clean, no coffeemaker in room The breakfast was pitifully small and there was no coffee! The key cards barely worked in the side entrance and the room door.
