It was clean and staff was really nice

Check in process was quick, the room was easy to locate. I noticed that the room door was pretty hard to open and the room was small and dark. There was no safe and the ironing board was broken. The second day, the room wasn’t cleaned although the dnd sign was not on the door. There wasn’t much dine in restaurants in walking distance, so renting a car or getting an Uber is recommended. Lastly, prior to arrival my card was charged $168 then during my reservation I was charged $98.53 twice, although the authorization was said to be $50. Apparently the system was overcharging my card for the authorization. I was assured that the issue was resolved but I received yet another attempt to charge my card $98.53, which was blocked thanks to me locking my card. Overall, that error caused me to not want to return to this hotel. It was careless and an inconvenience to have almost $400 taken without permission.

Every thing was great nice clean and very quiet.

Dirty room full of cockroaches

The room was full of coaches. They bit my kids. The carpet had stained. So dirty!

Second time here and again everything was great!!!

The suite was spacious. The only issue was the water pressure was low in the bathroom.

I will stay there again , staff was friendly and the property was clean . There is also nice restaurants near by

However, I would like to bring attention to one specific incident that occurred in the breakfast area. One morning, I politely informed the gentleman who was attending the coffee station that the cups had run out. He looked at me and replied in a very hostile tone, **"What do you think I'm here to do?"** Even then, I responded politely, saying, **"I'm sorry, I didn't know."** Several guests who were seated nearby witnessed the exchange and appeared just as surprised by his response. I believe this kind of interaction was unnecessarily discourteous and does not reflect the level of hospitality the hotel provides in every other aspect. Aside from this isolated incident, our experience was very positive, and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. I am sharing this feedback only in the hope that management can address this issue and continue improving the guest experience.

Breakfast was OK Staff were not friendly or helpful

The parking experience alone caused me to rank this place so highly. I hate hotels that nickel and dime you to park and this place didn't do that. Breakfast was nice as well.

Truth be told if I could give this property a negative zero I would. The rooms smell like mold and fresh paint when I asked for another room the other room smelled like cigarette smoke. After refusing to stay. They still charged me for the four nights that I was going to stay spent hours on the phone, trying to get it resolved. They said I had to wait till the next day to get it resolved, I waited till the next morning and the manager was not available at the time that they stated the manager would be available until the afternoon. I will be canceling my IHG account. The front desk representative acted as if I was bothering her using an extremely terrible experience. I would not suggest anyone stay there.
