Friendly and helpful staff. The property is not well maintained and rooms are not properly cleaned.

The whole hotel was dirty, diapers in the elevator, people sleeping outside in benches , really bad and the price was high for the benefits

Great! Clean rooms, good breakfast

The room was impeccably clean, the breakfast was superb. The free tea and coffee was such a blessing.

The staff was super friendly and check in was easy. The room had great AC and beds but the tub and toilet were chipping. There was also quite a bit of sugar ants and roaches in the bathroom and side table in between the beds.

My family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very close to everything (shopping, restaurants and activities).

The staff was very nice and polite. The place definitely needs a renovation. The carpet had stains on it and the bathroom shower had good water pressure compared to the sink but you need to play with the handle to get it going. Linens were clean and so were the towels. It was good overall for us. Again, staff was great.

The bed was very soft It’s ghetto not clean enough

Upon arrival the desk clerk was not very friendly. There was no A/C in the lobby. When we got to the room, the A/C worked-the thermostat was set at 66 degrees. When we put the temperature down to 70 because it was very cold, the room was very muggy. We checked out a day early, because this was a horrible stay. We will never stay at this location again.
