I like tat the room was cleaned every day and it smell good

This hotel is clean, I’ll give them that. And parking in convenient. But their staff leaves a lot to be desired. The amenities were not updated, as there are no vending or icemachines OR working laundry machines. The tv only has 4 channels and the existing apps on the TV no longer work. That being said, I originally checked in and asked for hypoallergenic pillows which is something Holiday Inn routinely advertises….and I was told by two people who claimed to be managers they do not offer pillows without feathers. I asked a third time, and I finally got one. While being inconvenienced and inconsistent with their breakfast, and vending, and laundry, their final straw for me was when I woke up to a puddle of someone’s blood in the hallway near my room. I called the front desk where I told the woman what floor I was on, and told her there was a puddle of blood in the hallway…this woman then pretended to not know what “blood” or “floor” meant, until I told her I was just going to call the police. I promptly moved hotels and checked out TWO DAYS before my checkout time, and was only refunded ONE day. Despite checking out at 9 am after needing to explain what “blood” meant. Holiday Inn should be ashamed.

I wouldn’t be able to list everything-the lobby felt like a sauna, it was so hot. We waited until the 3 o’clock check-in and unfortunately

The room was clean, they could use new carpets in the rooms and hallways or just shampoo them often

I really enjoyed my stay. Though the room had sugar ants, the 1 bedroom suite was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good and we had a great time at the pool

I had no idea that a Hertz car rental office is located within the hotel.

Waited until 6:40pm to have room ready

Staff in general very polite and courteous. Front staff at the check in counter Jeri and Leon were very, very helpful, polite and extremely courteous. Leon helped us with a few minor issues and was an absolute delight to interact with. The complimentary breakfast is nice, as well as the 24hr coffee station. Location to shopping, food, supermarkets made this hotel an ideal spot for us. As aforementioned, can do with a little extra TLC. I would still recommend to others.
