While the property was maintained, this hotel is a classic case if old, versus new. I “personally” dislike the idea of old things being semi-replaced. For instance, the room need updating. New furniture, bathroom fixtures, update paint, etc. Also, it would be nice to have housekeeping clean the fire plugs outside the room. Mine had spider webs.

Lackluster customer service. My son asked one of the cleaners for a towel and she actually told him no. I will not be coming back to this hotel

It was awesome and had a great time

There was also a lot of flaws the suite showed us during our stay. There was a large puddle of nasty smelling dog pee in front of our door. Also, the door was hard to open even after we tapped the key card, the door frame was misaligned and made a screeching, annoying sound when we forced our way in and out. The carpet was also extremely musty, like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Next, the shower had its own problems. The water pressure was very weak, our tub was clogged with black stuff appearing when the water drained, and the body wash dispenser was broken. The mattresses were too soft and lumpy, which would cause our family to wake up with back pain. And we were feeling like bedbugs were crawling on us while we slept. Room service is every other day. With 6+ people in those suites, trash gets full very quickly; which makes people dump their trash outside the door, and makes the place look like a dumpster. The housekeeping could have also been better, they only brought towels and don't clean the suite at all. Breakfast was okay, though I could've made better eggs than what they served. Management, if you read this review, please fix the creaking door and use a power-wash to clean the dog stench at the entrance of the suite. Thank you.

Full size refrigerator and kitchen. Wasn’t a regular hotel so it’s more spaces. I would stay again.

Room was clean and well stocked on items. However there’s a foul smell that comes from drainage. Room smells old and not pleasant. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were somewhat itchy. Rooms need to be renovated as wear and tear is noticeable. Staff was nice and breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the omelette bar! Outside needs to be cleaned, we encountered multiple areas smeared with animal feces.

No elevator. I requested to get a room in the first floor but no luck.Difficult for guests on second and third floors especially elderly people. There were similar comments in the past. I guess they are not interested placing elevators. Oh, well, the business has not been affected and the facility has decided it doesn’t worse it.

Location. Breakfast included. Laundry facilities. Small hole in comforter cover. More explanation of breakfast options cut off times up front would have been good. Pancakes stop at 9 am. Omelets stopped at 9:15 am.

We stayed here for a week, they told us at check in housekeeping comes every other day, they didn’t show up until the day before we left and when they finally came they didn’t clean or restock a damn thing ! All the did was make the bed. They expected an already half used toilet paper roll to get 2 adults through a whole week they didn’t empty the over flowing trash we had to call them to come take it and to top it all after they came our clothes smelt like cat pee we didn’t bring a cat or own one ! The beds were absolutely horrible hard as a rock, if you’re planning on using the oven make sure you bring glass cook wear with you and a sponge they give you nothing to clean with either, kitchen sink stunk rotten as well. They offer laundry rooms but expect you to pay 3$ per loud so make sure you bring your coin purse with you! Hot tub was great though 👍

Pathways very dirty Pathways were dirty, staircases is lose shaking when walk on those, junk cars are standing outside in the parking lot

The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast could be a lil better. The omelets are a great option when available ,however, on our stay they were only available on one morning.

Carpert stain with dirt I let the staff know and they never did nothing about it..Im very disappointed with my stay

Very nice property. We'll maintained and clean. Our family likes staying at Hyatt House. This one is no exception. Close to Livermore outlet. Very convenience.
