room is clean and well stocked. The breakfast is always great, an omelette bar, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, breads/pastries, juices, yogart, hard boiled eggs, fruit etc. When I checked in they didn't mention about the $100 for incidentals that they refunds. I thought I had been overcharged so I called the hotel and clarified that I will get a refund on my credit card. I thought that is what had happened. If they had mentioned this I wouldn't have needed to call them back.

I recommend staying here. Staff were great. The rooms were clean.

I have a incapacity that does not allow me to use the steps/stairs and there were no elevators and I had requested a floor room and was not granted one due to this inconvenience I will not be staying at this hotel for any future stays

Breakfast Room area was adequate - but difficult with a lot of people in the area. If you wanted toast - 20 people in line. Staff was trying to keep up with filling the breakfast items. We were in a handicap room. the shower wand did not lock to the pole. The fitted sheet was warn and had holes.

The location and building construction made for quiet rooms. The windows had blackout shades. The air conditioning was strong. We loved the flower-filled landscaping, courtyard pool, and peaceful fire pit area. Breakfast was hearty and hot!

Es algo que si me gustó pero lo que no me gustó es que estuvimos cuatro días y tres noches y sólo una vez limpiaron el cuarto y eso me lo limpié. La otra cosa es que una mujer que estaba en la cocina entró al baño, y cuando salió en mis narices no se lavó las manos

We had a good night stayed, and very enjoyed the free upgraded to 2 bedrooms suite. The breakfast was fine.
