Staff was very responsive to broken glass in our room and cleaned very thoroughly knowing we had a baby. They’re always kind and helpful every stay. No elevators

Breakfast was only decent by America standards but still limited and basic. I was expecting much more quality from previous reviews. Crowded on a Sat morning.

At check-in, they said that they could not find any record of our reservation. When I showed them a confirmation on my phone, they said that because it was a third-party it didn’t show up on their computer.

Nice hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a great convenience. Loved the outdoor seating and pool area - made for a great place to eat our Door Dash meal with friends. The fridge & freezer took almost 2 full days to get to a decent cool temp (fortunately we had an electric cooler with us). Not the hotel's fault, but upstairs neighbors were very noisy with young children running around - not sure if noise was due to lack of soundproofing or wild ones!

The room was like a one bedroom apartment. It was surprising how nice it was.

It was my first time staying at Hyatt House. The concept of the hotel is more like apartments. I got a two bedrooms and it was spacious and decent. Breakfast was okay. I gave a 2 stars rating because an occupant upstairs was able to use his key card to unlock my room. I called the hotel attendant and informed them about the incident and they just apologized and stated that it could be a glitch in the key card system. There was nothing reassuring about the incident. Never again, will I be staying at Hyatt House.

Nice, apartment like feel with two bedrooms and bathrooms For the two nights I stayed, I got disturbed while sleeping at midnight with the noise from the floor above. It sounded like someone was walking around with heavy steps and was partying

The location was good It was really like a motel six. Breakfast is pretty much garbage. It felt like a trailer park that cost $300+ a night
