the check-in experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was in a bad mood and was not welcoming or polite at all. Customer service should definitely be improved.

The place was perfect it was away from the beach but still close enough. The staff was wonderful whenever the valet brings your car to you the ac is aways blowing cold I'll definitely return

Horrible customer service. The breakfast is boxed like a school lunch, literally. Coffee is disgustingly watered down. Rooms look nothing like pictures.

Pool closes at 7, what!?!

Room was clean. Great view of the Marina. Staff was friendly. Easy parking with Valet. Great experience.

The hotel lobby and pool area was okay but the pool chairs were stained. Once you got to the elevator to go to your room the foundation of the hallway, walls, doors and rooms were outdated. It smells when you walked inside the room. The breakfast was a scam. Everyday you get the same breakfast, a small box with a small cold bagel rapped in plastic paper, yogurt, apple and danish rapped in plastic. I felt like a kid getting a school breakfast. No hot breakfast at all. I was disappointed because I told the worker at the front desk I’m gluten free and dairy free and she did not care. My vertical blinds in the room were broken leaving a huge gap for someone to see inside. My room phone and tv did not work all. There was an incident at 1:00 AM someone was trying to break into my room and I heard yelling and screaming in the next door to my room. When I tried to call the front desk the phone did not work at all. The next day I went to complain and saw the Sheriff officers showed up and arrested the individual that destroyed the room and door. It was a horrible experience and very unsettling for me and my daughter. I will never stay at this hotel again. Not for me or my family.

Exceptional

This area of Pompano Beach is very nice. Easy to get to and quiet for the most part. The view is excellent. Check in is fairly easy. It has a nice pool and on site bar/restaurant. Water Taxi arrives as well. I checked in late and it wasn't a problem. They have snacks and drinks you can buy for your room. This place kind of old. One elevator not working is a pain. The plumbing is not that great. The windows have slats instead of black out curtains. Parking fee is high for each night you stay. So, there are a lot of extra fees on top of your booking. Not the securest hotel I have been to. Need to mix up breakfast, it's the same every day. Simply many things are outdated and need upgrades.

Front desk gave keys to people not in room , notified night staff he said new worker and then they rekeyed and gave an again a key . I left very on safe

front desk staff was very good and the view was good. Room was old and tired, no couch to sit on. Humidity in the room was bad. Lack of a decent breakfast or a restaurant to have breakfast in. Parking and having to use an attendant was annoying but I believe this is done all over the city. Lack of planning on the city's part, I doubt if I would ever go back to Pompano Beach again.

No maid service unless you request it. No towels unless you request them. Continental breakfast is in a box on request. There are 2 elevators - both broke during our stay. The first one we were trapped in with no ac in Florida in August for about 15 minutes. The second one we were able to exit and walk down 5 flights of stairs. The price is good but beware. It attracts an element of guests that seemed sketchy. Our last night there, a woman laid on the floor of the hallway and kicked the door of her room for over an hour. The police had to be called bc her boyfriend had locked her out. 🙄. This went on until 1 am. The staff were very nice but they are not working with much.

Not really to thrilled with this hotel. Its a solid 2 star. The rooms are very outdated breakfast is not free you actually pay for it like everything else for a 2 star hotel. nothing like the photos shown. We travel a lot and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately we won't come back here.we will stick with Hilton

The building is dated,rooms were dated,Resturant food was excellent,prices for food and drink were a little extreme. Staff was very nice. When you went outside and then came back inside building you could smell a smell like sulphur or sewage. Not a pleasant smell. Rooms and hotel were clean.

The place was very clean and the room was spacious. The restaurant/bar downstairs was good, I ate there. I would say manage your expectations. Great location, Clean, just not modern once you get to the rooms.

Food was excellent! Great location and very friendly staff.

Location was good. Good view. Good location for where I needed to be for work. Very dated and shabby room. Aircon was so noisy, sleep was not an option. But it was too hot not to have the aircon on. Valet parking was a wait time of 20 minutes, so if wanting to travel anywhere by car, it wasn't worth the wait. Breakfast was not included even though it was paid for. A dry croissant was offered on departure.
