Aloft by Marriott Savannah Airport

We had such a wonderful stay at Aloft in Pooler, Georgia! The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, and we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. One of the absolute highlights for us was the W XYZ Bar downstairs. We ended up spending our nights there because we enjoyed the atmosphere so much, but what really made the experience special was the bartender. She was absolutely fantastic, incredibly cordial, attentive, friendly, polite, and genuinely made us feel welcome every single night. Her service was exceptional and added so much to our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Aloft and would absolutely stay here again. A beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!

The woman who checked us in on Thursday, August 13, was especially rude to my sister. When she couldn't immediately find her reservation because it had been booked through a third party, she became impatient and gave her an attitude instead of simply trying to help. To top it off, she had DoorDash deliver her personal food right to the front desk while we were standing there trying to check in. Completely unprofessional and unbelievable. Thankfully, the bar staff were wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided the kind of customer service we should have received from the front desk. They definitely helped make up for an otherwise very disappointing experience. bit.

Quick and easy check in. Very clean rooms with unique designs. Housekeeping was excellent. In house bar, very nice addition. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. No complimentary breakfast but two of the days we stayed, they provided pop up tables on certain floors with free snacks and drinks. Will definitely stay again.

That said, the hotel could definitely use some maintenance. The walls are very thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways was constant. The pool was also much smaller than expected it felt more like a hot tub than a swimming pool. For a quick overnight stay or if you just need a hotel close to the airport, it’s perfectly adequate. It also seems to cater primarily to pilots and airport staff, making it convenient for those travelers. However, if you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a hotel with larger amenities, you may want to consider other options.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, would be nice to have a small continental breakfast but conveniently located to several restaurants

We didnt eat breakfast but it was in a very weird spot in the lobby. The rooms are very small and there was NO DOOR to the bathroom. Just a curtain. My daughter and I were there with two friends, so this made for a very awkward situation. The rooms are very small, we had a hard time getting ready at the same time.

Absolutely beautiful and clean hotel. Will definitely be staying here again. Only thing that was little odd was bathroom had sliding door, so not sound proof. Could be awkward for family’s staying there.

I was great for a one night stay. The beds are very comfortable. I am a bigger guy and a lot of places say a queen size bed and really they are full size but these are a real queen. Would recommend would stay again.

I was moved rooms three times but the staff was very nice and Accommodating. The first room woke up to 2 of this Georgia huge beetles or roaches idk what it was but it was crawling on me and my son but I got out of that room quickly and they but us in another room until management came to get us I’m a different suite other than that the hotel staff and pool were great

Very noisy room. Noise from floor above us the entire night. Loud noise of cars during the night. Air condition loud,either you freeze or very hot. We were informed that we could order breakfast (paying of course). When we went down around 7:30 am there was not a person by the front desk

The room was clean, the staff wascortius and the bar was nice it has a pool table ,the only ting is the walls were paper thin you can hear the conversations from the other rooms
