This hotel is very new and the entire staff took pride in keeping the facility in excellent shape. I spoke with the manager and her energy was excellent. As you would expect, her staff members had the same energy. The rooms are very bright and allow for ample sunlight. The laundry area was well kept and the price to wash / dry was $3 per load as of this review (payment via card - no coins needed). The parking lot is quite large and the internet was very fast. Also, the location is within walking distance to an IMAX movie theater, numerous restaurants, gas stations, a Publix grocery store, and the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall. Of course, the airport is 5-10 mins way, depending on traffic. I highly recommend this hotel for its new condition, cleanliness and excellent staff. Please keep up the excellent work, and I look forward to my next stay.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay! A special shoutout to Chef Gretchen—you can truly tell she's passionate about what she does. She was so welcoming, inviting, and incredibly kind. Her warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

All the staff at the Element were amazing. Jada was kind and accommodating. She adjusted my check out time so I could finish a few meetings. Thank you to the staff at the Element of Savannah (Airport location) for making our stay a comfortable and peaceful one.

This is a nice property but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my stay. When I tried to check in, I was told that they don’t have a room with two queen beds only a queen. I let him know I am traveling with my family so that won’t work and the front desk told me they over booked. I told him I will wait to see how he is going g to rectify this as it is the hotels error and I am a Gold Elite Member. In around 20 minutes he had a room. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. I called and they moved it immediately. Then we noticed that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had lots of hair everywhere including the bedroom. I went to the front desk and they told me they would send someone. We were there for two days and no one else came to clean it. I asked to switch room and they told me they were full. I was very disappointed as I normally don’t experience this

The staff is amazing! Happy, helpful and friendly. Room was clean the bed was soft and comfortable. Great place to stay

we stayed on the 3rd floor and in the room above us was a family with young children and they were up late and early running around. This was very difficult to sleep. We will remember to ask for the top floor next time.

Breakfast set up was nice. There was no microwave in the lobby at breakfast which would have been nice for oatmeal; the hot water was not sufficient for cooking. The king room was nice and the kitchenette area was a great space.

It was a great stay! Breakfast had very limited options but we enjoyed everything else!

Element hotel are definitely my new favorite place to stay!

No pool, cheesy market no junk food, no toiletries, bland breakfast that doesn’t start till 6:30am apposed to most that start at 5:30am and 6am for us early business travelers

Very nice place, but, we’re on business with prepaid rooms and they messed up the billing and put it on my personal card and they still haven’t corrected it.
