Glō Best Western Pooler - Savannah Airport Hotel

Nice size of the room, pretty, modern, clean. Free breakfast was great, but when I got downstairs at 8am barely any eggs and sausages were left, yogurt machine was empty after 10-15 mins they refilled everything Also there was a waffle maker, syrup, bagels, bananas, apples, muffins…. Variety of juice and terrible coffee that did not taste like coffee at all.

When we checked in, the woman at the desk was so kind and helpful. It seemed like it was going to be a great stay. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, the outdated, stinky, moist, warm room was not nearly as nice as the staff. We would have asked for a different room, but knew that they were fully booked, so we just made the best of it. Breakfast was so so.

Excellent hôtel ! Très bien placé, grand parking gratuit. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec plein de branchements possibles. Bon wifi, petit déjeuner gratuit complet. Seul point négatif : l’ascenseur très très lent !!

The only problem we had was the tv. It didn’t have good connection.

Breakfast was good! Made up for the unpleasant experience from the staff. I didn’t like that the manager Jessica pre charged me $132.88 to my card then realized she processed for the wrong amount and then processed my card for $265.76 leaving me unable to touch most of my money because it was in pending. Then make matters worse, Eric/Johnny then processed my card again when I checked out $265.76 again putting my account in the negative for $ -365.88 until it clears my bank in 2-3 days. So I was there in a trip for two days and couldn’t use my debit card for activities. When I called with concern to Eric/Johnny when I couldn’t get gas to go home because my card being in the negative the gentleman showed no sympathy to my situation and hung up on me leaving me to call back having to speak with another employee and re-explain the situation. Very unprofessional!

Close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants.

Price was a good stay for a one night visit and breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk upon arrival was not the friendliest.

Good hotel for travellers, very friendly staff, complementary breakfast and easy parking.

Staff are friendly. Local is close to airport. Rooms are nice and clean.

I only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

My stay was not the best. The electricity was out upon arrival and it took 2 hours to come back on. The manager wasn't too friendly about accommodating for the inconvenience but simply said he would give some kind of discount but never stated what he would do for me. The breakfast selection didn't accommodate people with non-dairy restrictions and they only had eggs with cheese, the biscuits were undercooked and frozen and the Oatmeal was in a packet and microwaveable. My second night there my neighbors kept slamming their doors going in and out and talking loud so I got no sleep even even though i had a 5 hour drive the next morning. When I reported it at check-out to Jessica at the front desk she said I should have called the front desk that night and because I didn't she couldn't honor me any discount. She also seemed nonchalant with satisfying her customer and told me I didn't need her last name. Other than the rooms being pretty clean I wouldn't return to this hotel especially since the customer service is not accommodating!

I was hesitant about staying here but the property is well maintained and the breakfast was very good.

Location was great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was needs better biscuits instead of the cardboard and ship to your hotel type. Hard and tasted like paper.

The hotel was spotless! The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional! Canesha was very helpful and very very pleasant!! Nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins and danishes! Nothing could have been better. We will definitely stay again!

Staff was pleasant The walls and floors are too thin. We were on the 3rd floor and we had a person pass the floor above us up into early morning and people slamming doors and talking loud in halls
