Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and great breakfast. The location of this hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great customer service.

The cleanliness of the room didn't meet expectations. There were party decorations beside and underneath the bed that had been left behind by previous guests and had not been cleaned up or removed. Additionally, the headboards above the beds were very dusty. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was also very good. I would stay here again and hope that the room cleanliness will improve in the future.

THE HOTEL WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM EMBASSY SUITES ACCORDING TO MY PREVIOUS STAYS AT THE HOTEL CHAIN. THE HOTEL SMELL UPON ENTERING & THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE WITH BURSTED WALLS & SCRATCHES. MOLD AROUND THE SHOWER & UNCLEAN AROUND THE BEDROOM COVERS ON THE FLOOR. JUST TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ON MY HONEYMOON STAY.

I love staying at Embassy Suites anywhere. This particular one is our halfway point to Florida panhandle. This Embassy is clean, staff are friendly, and the breakfast is so good. They also offer a light happy hour which offers 2 FREE cocktails and light snacks(different at each location) for each night you stay. I recommend if your tired and headed south to stop in Pooler, GA at this Embassy Suites.

The first night the bartender was rude, but she did better the last two nights

We had stayed once before at this hotel in our bi-annual treks from Washington to Naples. For reasons we can’t recall, we stopped going there. But after several very disappointing stays elsewhere, I read into AI all the particulars I could recall and it recommended the hotel I was remembering was the Embassy Suites by Hilton. AI was correct and our stay was everything positive we recalled

Room itself was pretty clean and spacious. We needed more towels so I went to go call down and realize the phone wasn’t working. The phone cord was broken so I called for my cell phone. I said are you able to bring it up? She said no just tell her again when I get down there cause she’s not gonna get it now. Also went on to tell me that there was no one there to fix the foam until tomorrow. Our toilet, unfortunately kept having issues as well and again no one could fix it until the next day not very convenient with a little one. No apologies just a face that looked like I was bothering her. Luckily, we’re only staying one night as we were traveling through, I thought for sure we’d be OK cause we’ve always had good luck at Embassy suites, but not so much this time.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast The made to order breakfast was excellent!! The lobby is very pretty but that’s it. The decor is old and dated and needs major upgrades. The phone on my room did not work and no one ever came to replace or fix. It. The whole room is too dark and no lamp in the corner on the end tables. All of the Embassy suites should be remodeled. I always stay at Hilton hotels and this was the worst they need to do better. Also we stayed next too the Homewood suites and I wish I never changed from there they are much better and owed by Hilton also.

Nice an pretty excellent service

They could not find our reservation, the air conditioner didn't work and the tv in the bedroom didn't work.

Staff was kind and courteous. Location was good.
