Nice and clean The breakfast starts to late for me

Location of the property is near to amenities. Despite requested every morning to have my room cleaned, it was not cleaned at all. I have to go to the reception to request for new towels.

Breakfast okay. Those so-called "omelets" weren't the greatest. Actually had real bacon one day. Oatmeal in the crock pot or whatever it was did not appear to be cooked. Looked like it needed some add'l water. Otherwise, I would have eaten. It looked the same on two consecutive days. Coffee fresh & hot. Glad to see they had orange juice and yogurt. I tried around nine in the morning on Sunday to request an early checkout. I wanted to leave a day early. I called Booking. com who contacted hotel. Don't know if the local hotel or corporate, but it was denied. NOT happy about that. So stayed the extra day when I would have loved to have started for home as I had a 5.5 hr drive

The staff were exceptional, very guest friendly and accommodating. Had multiple rooms and one of them room 204 had a flickering light on the left side of the bed.

The room.was nice. Large. Toilet stopped up on arrival. .Told the girl at the desk. .Left for several hours nothing done while we were gone. Went tonthe desk and asked for a plunger. She never looked up from her phone said there wasn't one.

For being at the hotel for our brief stay I gotta say the bed was super comfy, room and bathroom were clean, and a/c was working great with the humid day we were having.

Room was exactly what I expected. Very spacious. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was very good and reasonable. Had a lot of earring choices each day, nothing major but very acceptable. Their air-conditioning worked great.
