el personal es miy atento en espcial la encargada de la comida ! pero en las ocaciones que nos hospedamos siempre nos tocan habitaciones dañadas ! carpetas mojadas climas con goteras puertas de los cuartos o banos dañadas ! tv desprogramadas! tenenos 2 meses y eso nunca a cambiado pero el servicio se comida es genial , por eso nos henos quedado

Had a team of 4 at this hotel, 2 of us had cockroaches in our room moved hotels once we could

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. This past stay, my deposit was held because cough syrup was accidentally dumped on the sheets. White sheets that could very easily be bleached. The room was not destroyed in any way, the mattress was not stained, and the room was overall fairly clean when we left. I don’t think that a water based cough syrup stain warranted a $100 charge. I tried cooperate and I also tried the hotel management but have been unsuccessful. I doubt a new set of sheets costs $100. I won’t be staying here again.

Nothing The room was filthy. There had mold on the bathtub the door to the bathroom on the refrigerator in the room also the door leading outside to the hallway. The room was not clean like it should’ve been.

My stay was very enjoyable. The staff was courteous and very respectful of my personal items and my privacy. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing i might mention in the tub there is need of a slip resistant mat placed on the floor of the tub with a pull up hand rail for safety reassurance. I would return to this location in the future if i need a good clean place to stay. Thank you!

I paid for my stay through Expedia. The hotel clerk was only supposed to charge me for a hundred dollar deposit, instead she charged me $ 365.00 dollars which wasn’t correct amount of my stay anyway. I’m filling charges. If I was able rate 0 than I would.

Very good value for money.

The stay was okay for a few days, but they did not have good breakfast. On Thursday morning around 1am I was awaken out of my sleep by a weird noise. Sounded like it was coming from the balcony. Needless to say I didn’t get any rest. I stayed woke until I had to go to work for 7am. Upon leaving I put the do not disturb on my door and went to work. After a 10hr shift I got off and came back to my room, and could not access it. My key didn’t work anymore. I went downstairs and got it reactivated. Came back up and opened the door to realize that someone had been in my room. I always check the closets and behind the doors because I’m a woman traveling alone. I then noticed that someone had opened the balcony door and left it unlocked. I got scared and packed my things and left. I was terrified

Had two rooms reserved for work related, extended for one more day due to work extension. Called the front desk and confirmed the extension, but coming back to the hotel with the crew after a long day at work, all of my personal belongings including food in the refrigerator were removed from both rooms. No communication was made from hotel front desk or management. Hotel night shift crew could NOT locate our belongings till late at night. It was noticeably the lack of communication not only to the costumers, but also between the business and staff itself. We packed and left the hotel the same day to not return.

Room had bad odor. One smelled like feet.. however, the 2 rooms I booked had little roaches everywhere. Needs to be fumigated. I would not stay here again regardless of the 8.6 star review on Expedia.

Nothing I didnt enjoy my time there at all , I also didn’t like it had No assembly for the bathroom because I traveled with my (elderly) grandma , it did not smell good at all , luckily we packed air fresheners before arriving , it had dirt stains everywhere , I even took pics , the room I booked was the not the one that was given , we had no WiFi we barley could watch any tv (went to purchase WiFi hotspot) and Roku plug in of our own , the dishes and things were dirty as well and didn’t have anything dish detergent to clean with , we were robed our pool time and was told to get out even tho we asked ahead of time and it was told to us it closed at 9 the lady closed it at 8 and watched us the whole time and during check out I literally had to go with her so she would not do anything in order to not give me my deposit back . But overall worst stay out of all hotels we have booked it was not worth the money paid at all !

Won't stay there again!
