Clean room, great staff . Pleasant atmosphere

Clean room

The room was clean, area was clean and easy access in and out. Close to shopping and supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator did not work, however was not a major deal as we were only on the 2nd floor. Overall decent stay and clean room.

Pillows were ok Carpet was filthy, big black spots and crap all over it. I had to wipe my feet on a towel and that was gross what was left on towel! Nothing was wiped off, I had to do it with a rag. Furniture had large spots, no telling what that is! Restaurant next door has a DJ that turns the bass and music up so loud you would think you're in a concert venue until the restaurant closes. Elevator was out of order, pool was closed, and phone not plugged in to call the office! I plugged that in myself to use it! Lamp was not plugged in, so couldn't use the lamp!

Good location, okay breakfast. My room was not cleaned for three days, bed not dressed, trash was smelling. Elevators not working, bad experience generally.

No elevator should let guest know I have a cane and had to bring luggage upstairs the lady at desk did help me and no hot water in shower just in sink had to wash off not take bath No hot water no elevator should let people know before booking

Hotel appeared to be run down and the elevator made a noise and jumped a bit at each floor

Staff was great they were extremely helpful

Convient location, nice staff , enjoyed the pool The smell of the room was horrible. It smelled like mild dew . And the elevator was out which I wasn’t aware of.

Room was spacious, fairly modern, clean and a great value. Location is excellent for the mall, restaurants and Motiva. Elevator was not working. Building exterior looks like it is from the 70’s.

Comfortable beds. Air conditioner would not go lower than 65. My night was restless.Hey, god, a little warm in the room.

Checked in and immediately checked out. Lobby was clean and smelling well, but the rooms had a terrible strong musty smell. In spite of staff trying to accommodate me in a second room that one smelled even worst. In addition, the elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay, and go somewhere else.

Everything was very clean but pool was cloudy. Also our room smelled musty but I later discovered it was because seals around window were compromised allowing rain to come in onto the AC and dripping into carpet. Manager needs to do a better job making sure maintenance is doing their job. Also hallway floor was wet which is a hazard. Again,front desk should be mopping as needed instead of sitting on the phone. Breakfast was mediocre but there was eggs and sausage whi h is always nice! Bed was very comfortable and room was nice and spacious. I would stay here again for value, despite little issues that can be quickly resolved.

My experience here at Super was was great, the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel is well keep up and quiet,I will always stay here when I just want to get away
