Very convenient to restaurant s.

What I liked was the availability when I scheduled for my 3 night stay. What I didn’t like was I had to have my room key changed daily because the key did not work for the first 2 days. There was an empty area that said washer & dryer ice machine and snack machine on the 3rd floor. The employees were nice, however, I expected more since that is my choice hotel to stay in while I am traveling.

I needed to cancel last night due to having ants and water came in thru the window due to rain and bad windows but they didn’t let me didn’t let me explain hung up when I talk to the guy at the front desk was short and said we couldn’t get a refund due to not checking at by 11 but we didn’t see ants until a little later in the day, so we just left a night before check out.

The location is fine and so was most of the staff. Unfortunately, it’s very hot in the entrance area. For breakfast, even the milk was hot, so don’t recommend going to breakfast there. Had some water pressure issues. Was it really bad… not horrible. Would I stay there again? No.

Staff did more than just take the cards. They answered our questions and came to the room to fix the TV channels.

Couldn’t run water in the tub, ants on the nightstand, faucet leak, and a smelly room.
