Standard size room. Good water pressure. Clean towels and bedding. Iron board, microwave and refrigerator. 2 comfortable chairs and a small table. A desk and rolling chair. Only 1 bedside table with a small drawer. between the beds. And 2 clothing drawers to put clothes in. There was also coffee and a pot but I didn't use them, and a hair dryer too. The room smelled funny when we got there, like baby powder covering dog or something. It was unpleasant at first but after a while I stopped noticing it. The pool at the facility has been drained and is no longer in service. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, the eggs were bland and a bit rubbery.

Harborview included a parking lot. Overall the syltay was satisfactory.

Pool and hot tub was closed (reason we booked it. Free parking. No AC (fan was not much) Overlooking the Marina. Slider door was not closing properly. Breakfast was ok. Wish some GF were offered, at least a yoghurt. No restroom in lobby, have to use the room. Room was very dark/basic. A little pricey for what you get.

A very pleasant and functional place. Check-in was quick, ample parking. The location was a bit away from coty crnter. Breakfast was OK, basic toast and waffles format ( no eggs, meat, or potatoes). Pool and hot tub were closed but not an issue for us.

Accommodating staff No air conditioning. They suggested I open the sliding glass door and prop the other door open to create a cross breeze. I had a dog. That doesn't work. The breakfast is served in the reception area, no dogs in reception area. So if you're traveling alone, no breakfast.

There was no air conditioning at least I could not find a thermostat. The view of the water was over top of a marina. There are repairs needed. Housekeeping service was provided. The location is in a boat storage and repair. The rate was too high for the quality of the motel.

Unfortunately though The rooms face the harbor which is a nice view but right when we were going to bed we had The fan on and it started to smell like boat toilet in our room because maybe the boats were emptying their tanks or there was a holding tank out there or something. But this happened and we had to air the room out and then it happened again in the middle of the night. So we had to close the back slider and there is no AC in the room. To cool it off without the window open

It's not the newest hotel with the latest interior design but it was nice enough and plenty clean. Having a balcony that opens up 50' from the marina is one of a kind. Loved that. It was cool.
