Charming hotel, well located, with a convenient (but not free) parking. The bed was very narrow for two people. And the seagulls are very loud all night long.

Great hotel, with a perfect location and really nice staff.

I liked the quaintness of it. It’s an old property that’s kind of funky and cool. It has a great location. There is no elevator and the stairs to the rooms are steep and many especially if you are on the second floor and have heavy luggage. My room was old and worn. It was clean and spacious but it had a 1920’s to 1050’s vibe and not in a good way. Bed was super comfy though. Didn’t like that lobby/dining areas did not allow room charges or offer room service. The lobby/dining room is attached to property in an odd way.

It was a very walkable location. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable, too. Overall very charming.

Wish the food/bottle service had the option of opening earlier than 8am and closing after 8pm, but there were glasses in the room and the ability to purchase earlier in the day to sit in the garden and drink later in the day. Kids slept well on the pull-out sofa bed and the garden was close enough to the room that our audio monitor covered them, while we had some parent relaxation time. Easy access to the main drag and good deer watching at all hours.

This was our first time staying at the Bishop Hotel. We loved the charm and central location. We were only there for two nights and would stay there again. Overall, we loved our stay! The only tiny complaint I have is that our room was located right above the hotel cafe and Saturday morning we could hear music quite early in the morning.

A nice hotel one block up from the water. The room was nice and clean, and quiet. I liked the sitting room. There is a nice garden area to enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, or a snack from the attached shop. There are many restaurant options within walking distance. The only drawback was that you need to pay for parking.

re train or re hire front desk staff. no one seemed to want to work there. it's really ok to say " good morning", "welcome to the bishop, how can I help you?" or something similar instead of ignoring guests and barely smiling. check in felt like we were doing them a favor.

Great location in town. Somewhat noisy in hotel near kitchen. Minimal facilities in hotel.

Fabulous and adorable boutique hotel. The wine bar in the lobby was great and staff were helpful. The only downside was the thin walls/doors so you could hear a lot of noise but besides that I had a lovely stay

Lovely historic building in convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, onsite restaurant Wish they had an option for a room with 2 queen beds available as we paid more for a suite for 3 of us which had a kitchenette we didn’t use, you had to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, and the sofa bed was fine for a night but not for a longer stay. But the room was clean and nice. Note the stairs are long and steep and no elevator which could be a problem for some, but it’s a historic building so understandable.

Location Small bedrooms no lamp on one side, they provide kitchen with no washing up provisions. Would be nice if breakfast facilities opened earlier.

small quaint hotel, suite room has smallish bedroom, nice bathroom, lovely kitchenette/dining/sofa area with gas wood stove. Only Negative-- All Stairs. Maybe problematic for ADA individuals. Would stay again if in the area. Very close to main street and port for water excursions. $10 per day parking.

The room clear and provide kichen equipment

I’m a light sleeper and the place is old so you can hear the kitchen staff early in the morning. Also it would be nice if there was space to put your things on in the bathroom.

This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area.
