Clean room, great location. Fun marine animal sightings in the area right along the beach. Easy walk to coffee and restaurants.
-
Location Small worn out room for a high price. Antiquated furnishings. Poor video options.
-
Over priced!!!! We paid it only to support the Maritime center.

Bed was too soft, Need a better mattress.

We stayed in room 8-A. The room was a good size with a small fridge and microwave. The room was clean and the view was decent. It does get pretty warm in there so we had the window open and both fans going and then also the French doors to get as much of a cool breeze we can. Check in and check out staff were great. You will need a parking pass which o wasn’t given one at check in but called and made sure and one of the gals brought one to our room. The bed was a bit squeaky and bouncy when just rolling over in bed but wasn’t bad. We didn’t use the tv so can’t give info on channels or anything. My phone seemed to work better with just using my data bs their WiFi. I would stay here again.

Loved the location and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Location and view mostly. Judy was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quiet, mid week is a good time to be here. Coffee service in the room was generous and simple. Suggestion: offer a premium room package that includes chilled juice, pastries from local bakeries, oatmeal/cereal, and snacks etc. This end of PT doesn’t get started at sunrise. Still don’t need a TV in the room. Replace with paintings by local artists. Offer TV’s as an option maybe. Still can’t open the paper shower gel and shampoo packages. Fortunately, I brought a pair of scissors with me this time.

Cool building in a great location. Only has stairs to the second and third floors, which is fine but might be tough for some. Great friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We try to stay here when we can when in Pt Townsend

Nice, clean room. Great location near the water and downtown district.
-
Best place to stay for a whale watching weekend in Port Townsend. Right downtown and across the parking lot from whale watching dock.

Clean quiet room

Great location, safe parking, darling room.

Cheerful welcome. Excellent location. Good walking location for boating, shopping, dining. Cabin floor plan. Scant separation between bath and bedroom/living room.

Nothing!

Great location-at the end of town so convenient but not busy. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Well-appointed bathroom. Easy parking near the rooms.
-
Super nice and cute boutique hotel. Clean, has great amenities including access to the athletic club across the street. We wished we knew that as well. But overall great location and easy to park and walk to various areas of town.
-
Great location, very clean, you can here your neighbors but its not a distraction

The Swan Hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them. We got a cozy cottage with our dog, and we were all extremely comfy. The staff even put a dog bed, treats, and had food and water bowls set up. It is the perfect location. We were able to walk to all the great restaurants and do our shopping. Being at the end of Water St. made it even more peace due to the one-way street. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, staff!
