Central location Not managed well, elevator broken 5 days and counting. I think short staffed and under paid. Corporate office should be more involved in daily operating.
-
Clean and comfortable room The elevator was out most of my stay. I was on the 4th floor and I'm handicapped. This made the stay very uncomfortable for me
-
The location was good The room smelled like wet carpet. Cleanliness was lacking in our room. The stairs were the only option as the elevator as been out of order for almost 2 months.

Hot tub worked and was relaxing. Everything was clean. Pet friendly is the main reason we choose this hotel. Had breakfast one time, hurt my stomach. Rooms smelled musky and had to use air freshener, but other than that everything was fine

The staff was friendly.

Even though the elevator was out,in which they apologized for, it was a great stay. Pool was fun with my family. Just clean and stay was great. Especially the cleaning folks. They were kind;) A little stay cation for my family and me.

Booking.com had false advertisment for the hotel and room, the hotel was dirty, took an hour passed check in time for room to be ready, elevator is broken
-
The room’s air conditioner was leaking on the floor. The carpet was wet and the room was musty smelling.
-
Jacuzzi tub not really clean had to get cleaning supplies ourselves from the front desk. And overall room set up is out dated.

Very poor

Dirty and terrible run down Everything was terrible. Furniture in room looked like it came from a bargain basement. It was dirty and dusty. Light fixtures did not work. Cheap towels - I didn’t even take a shower.

The staff was sweet and friendly. The property is in need of updates. There are signs of deferred maintenance. Elevator wasn't working. Carpet was iffy in a lot of places. Room smelled musty and damp. It's clear the hotel is trying to make up for what it lacks in quality and cleanliness with genuinely good, nice people running the front desk. That said, I did have to get 3 sets of keys for my room because the first two sets didn't work. In the overall context, paying $129 for the room was vastly overpriced. And so in that sense, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was smelly and floors felt wet. There was a dog running and peeling in the breakfast area! The key kept unlinking or something so had to desk 4+ times to have it reprogrammed! They never had towels. I’ve stayed in my share of hotels while traveling and this was by far my worst experience ever! I will never stay here! Bathroom had a crack in tub and the drain was not secure and when I stepped down it slid and I stubbed toe!

Hotel was super dirty. Saw numerous bugs in the hotel.

The room constantly felt damp and had a strange, unclean smell. This is also a pet-friendly hotel, which is something anyone with pet allergies should keep in mind. I was also very uncomfortable with the environment around the hotel. There were frequently people lingering in the parking lot, smoking, walking around, and staring at guests. It reached the point where I did not feel safe walking through the parking lot or even the hotel hallways. The biggest problem was the internet. I checked in early specifically to complete an online training course, but the connection was so slow and unreliable that it repeatedly dropped out. After considerable back-and-forth with both the hotel and Expedia, the hotel finally gave me access to the front-desk Wi-Fi, which was only slightly better than the guest network. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating stay. The condition, cleanliness, safety concerns, and unreliable internet were completely unacceptable, and the hotel did not come close to what was advertised.

Leaving! I should have paid more attention to the poor reviews before booking. Everything about this place was either dirty or had the feeling of not being clean. Carpet and drapes were dirty. The mattress was super thin, and the sheets had a black streak on it. I even found an extra room key in the sheets, so they could not been washed! Elevator had been down for days! I passed on eating the free breakfast over potential health issues. I would not recommend staying here, in fact, just keep driving. Even the location is in a seedy area. Not sure how this hotel has the "Wyndham" name on it. Evidently, hotels don't get inspected! Pay the extra $100 and stay elsewhere.
