Under renovation. No pool, gym, or breakfast. Didn't know prior to booking. Halls were a mess from renovation.

I see the project and the remodeling will make a great hotel, but not now when the floors are dusty and in the middle of construction. I want my money back. Stop offering this hotel until you are sure is ready to host travelers.

Was under construction and we were never notified. No pool no breakfast parking was a joke.

Supposedly open during construction, drove there only to find out you can’t even see the entrance. Can’t stay if you can’t get in.
-
Power out refused to give refund took 4 days to get hotel.com to issue it, name of hotel didn’t match either

We had made reservations to stay at the Rodeway Inn last night, June 13th. 2026. We showed up at 10:00 p.m. And the entire hotel was dark and it didn't look as though anyone was in the lobby or the parking lot. So we had to go find another hotel. I want to make sure that I am not charged for this stay because we were not able to get into the hotel. I understand that because of the power outage and the tornadoes that this may not have been possible, but we were not ever told that we were not going to be able to use our reservations.

Upon arrival to hotel there was an unexpected deposit, there were no amenities available, not even sheets that fit the bed I was give two little sheets to tie together for a bed. There was no coffee pods with the coffee pot, the handicap parking spots were blocked unable to park there with my handicapped parent, the floor was busted up in places the lobby ceiling was leaking bad enough that they had mop buckets and buckets under it. Was told that the room we were getting was brand new, but yet there was lots of food under the pullout couch.

It’s currently under construction.

The only “bad” thing was the entrance driveway had huge potholes. This hotel will be wonderful when completely renovated. I’m just happy to have a clean room and comfy bed.

Rooms outdated but they’re updating. Found roaches in my room multiple times

If I could give this 0 stars, that would still be too many. I checked in around 11:45 pm. I'll start by saying yes, it's under construction & it was a disaster. Was told floors 3 & 4 were completed, but I was given a room on floor 2 . There were only 6 cars in the parking lot at 11:45pm so it was weird I couldn't have an updated room. The first thing I noticed was the 2nd floor smelled awful, like mildew & garbage. The room was very dated & smelled musty. Upon closer inspection, the AC unit & bathroom vents were furry. The bathroom floor around the toilet was disgusting. I took a shower & the tub didn't drain. By the time I finished my shower, the water was halfway up my shins. Took 45 mins to drain. It was 1:00am at this point, so I just sucked it up & went to bed. Next morning I requested a new room. That's when I noticed all the sketchy people who I realized probably lived there as low income housing. They moved me 4 rooms down. The room itself appeared a bit cleaner. When I got back that night I found the bathroom sink didn't drain and the tub, while not as bad, was still very slow draining. There was no breakfast of any kind. I noticed an old school coffee thermos on a table by the check in desk, so maybe that was breakfast? I know I should have used better judgement, but I was only needing a quick weekend place to crash & was trying to save money. They reviews for the last few months were good so I took my chance. Never again. This place was absolutely disgusting!

Currently under construction, so not all amenities are available at the current moment, but this hotel is great for if you just need a safe affordable place to sleep. Massive sturdy building. Probably a great place to be if there was a tornado. Every staff person i have encountered was very kind and helpful. Would recommended to anyone traveling on a budget. Good value for the price.

Checked in around 9p. The lobby doors were locked and the front desk had to open them. She said there was an armed robbery in the area and she was being careful. After check-in she said “be careful” which is nice to hear. Lots of internal construction going on so pallets and boxes everywhere, shutting down one of two elevators. Property was relatively clean. Chair was comfortable while I stood guard all night

The room was dirty
