management allows parties in the parking lot until midnight. people were grilling. drinking and shooting off fireworks and playing music just feet from the front door of the hotel... was not able to fall asleep until 1am. staff wouldnt do anything to stop as the daytime front desk manager agreed and only asked for fireworks to be shot over cars (which still happened nevertheless as there was no enforcement). would not recommend

Wonderful stay, great breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable beds

Sheets and bedding for the sofa bed were provided immediately upon request and the kids loved the complimentary ice pops. The only gripe would be, we wished there had been a working dryer due to wet beach towels! But otherwise we found everyone very friendly and helpful, and we loved the other guests at the hotel who provided a fantastic fireworks show and were so welcoming and inclusive with their 4th of July cookout even in the inclement weather!

Good choices for breakfast. Our room overlooked a parking area with bright lights that kept me awake. Eventually, I lowered the blackout shade which solved the problem, but I would have preferred to wake up by daylight.

Everything was great, and the staff was awesome. However, the elevator was VERY dirty, and the tiled walkway to the elevator was very wet. The entrance to the pool is right next to the elevator

During our stay, we experienced a lot of noise (stomping on the floor above us, kids screaming in the hallway, vacuuming early in the morning). We also had to wait 20 minutes for the continental breakfast to be refilled. Overall, our stay was not worth what we paid for it.

On check-in, they advised that bookings by 3rd parties (Expedia) are subject to an additional $5 fee. I advised that I pre-paid for the booking and that there shouldn’t be any additional fees—that’s why I booked through Expedia. They offered a one-time removal of the fee. Other than that brief moment, it was great. Place is clean, Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty.

Li-Li who worked the desk on 3rd shift is absolutely fantastic. She took care of issues that showed up, none of which were her fault. Bed was super comfortable!

Clean room, great breakfast with several options hot & cold. Room was comfortable and quiet and lots of parking and restaurant choices close by.
