The food on the buffet was good! The cooks were Amazing friendly. Each meal was greeted with a smile. They were right there to make sure all your needs were met! Everything was great. Friendly desk client that showed us to our rooms with a smile. She just didn't give us directions to the room she actually walked us to the room and open the door! That's what I call Amazing service!

Was supposed to have 3:00pm check-in. Was told at 3:00 they had no idea when my room would be ready and would not give me an estimate either so we sat in the lobby and waited until 3:45 when one came available

I would recommend your TV in the common area be tuned to a more neutral channel like the Food Network or something. The last thing I wanted to do while eating breakfast was listen to right wing conservative propaganda drivel disguised as "news" as Fox News was playing.

The breakfast was hot and plenty of different choices. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds. The only complaint I have is the water pressure wasn’t great.

Not a good experience. We got there to check in at 12:30am. Power was out. Everything was pitch black. After we drove away to find another hotel next town up, we learned they hadn’t had power for 2 days. Yet I was able to book a room on Expedia that same day

There was no one there, no power and it was closed. We were given no warning or notification that the hotel had lost power and shut down. At this time, they have not refunded my money.
