Overall, a clean and comfortable room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Elevator quit while we were there. Breakfast was very basic with cereal, juices, coffee and bagels/sliced bread.

Got there for a 2 night stay at 9pm just to find out my booking had been canceled but never got informed of it prior to arriving so had no where to go for the night because the other hotels had no vacancy

Smoke Free hotel None

The ice machine did not work.

No ice, shady elevator, staff not friendly. No toothpaste to purchase

We booked two rooms and neither one looked like the pictures. Everything in the room looked extremely used, rusty, worn out. The cord for blow drier was stretched out and in the sink. Several outlets did not work. We had to unplug the lamp and alarm clock to have a working plug. The remote was uncomfortably sticky. Sheets were clean but a sheet is the only thing on the bed. Brown fuzzy blankets folded up on a shelf had stains and was very questionable. No bed skirts on the bed so you seen the box springs. Beds were full size, not queen size. Rooms had carpet that you wanted to make sure you had shoes on. Everything had a smell which made everything feel dirty. Shampoo was given and a bar of soap. We only had 2 bath towels for a 4 person room. It said no breakfast but a few items were available. Overall, we will never go back, you get what you pay for. Pictures are misleading.

A hotel in transition. Not a bad stay. Bring a spare tire for driving in the parking lot though.

Not much at all bed was comfortable and that’s about it Not really nothing it was clean, but not really nothing

The ice maker on the second floor did not work, but there was one working on the first floor. They include a minimal breakfast of cereal or yogurt, sticky bun, and/or a banana. There were two towels that were very thin. Plenty of hot water, although the control was confusing and much water went down into the tub portion. Illumination was via lamp rather than can lighting. Good parking. I saw but did not use guest laundry. AC worked well and beds were fine. I did not use the TV. The hotel is within reasonable driving distance of businesses in town, and for my purposes, sections of the national park. If you are on a budget and want an adequate hotel, the OYO is a good choice. It could be improved by servicing the ice machines, wasting less water in the shower, and perhaps bigger towels.

Cleaner bathroom

Our stay was overall much nicer than we expected. Easy check in and staff explained the wifi and breakfast options well. The room was clean and appeared to have new flooring. The common areas (lobby and hallways) could use some updating. The lobby has a smell but luckily our room did not. High speed on the AC unit did not work but the room was plenty cool enough even with low speed.

The room was clean, hot tub clean. Bed and comforter comfortable. The furniture in the room looks like it came from rummage sales old and worn. The morning breakfast was cereal, yogurt cups and over ripe bananas, a couple packaged cinnamon buns, with milk. Coffee, but no decalf at all which because of blood pressure can't drink regular. Sub par breakfast and a very cluttered lobby.

It was clean
-
The place was run down, weeds in the parking lot the curtains in the windows were a skew or missing completely construction equipment all over the reception area, the woman behind the desk didn't even look at me until I said something I stood there for probably 30 seconds. No way I would stay in such a place

Was on hold for over an hour trying to get my money back. disconnected multiple times. Customer Service wasn't helpful at all.

Price Needs updating
-
This could have been easier to find. They need a sign by the main road and that would help.
-
The place was okay for the price on a weekend but they have bunch of old stuff
-
Older building and older furniture, but the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. There was also a light breakfast (cereal, juice, some prepackaged buns), which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't advertised. So we were very happy with how this turned out, especially for the price.

The pictures were deceiving. I wouldn’t even go in, the parking lot was cracked and full of weeds. You could see curtains falling down from the outside. My husband went in and there was a hole in the wall. We had to go to another hotel.
