The room had a coffee pot with cups and coffee packs and coffee was also offered at breakfast. The bathroom was in really rough shape, the walls of the whole building were dirty and had holes and scrapes that needed repair. Breakfast was cereal and a banana which is better than nothing I suppose.

Nothing. It had a wet floor, smelled horrible like urine and dogs, the air was heavy, everything was stained, the tiles were broken and loose in the bathroom, the furniture was chewed by dogs, the lampshades were broken, chairs were stained.

The staff was super nice and they offered a small breakfast area in the morning. Great for if you want something inexpensive and somewhere to just sleep. When walking into the room we noticed that the bed only had a fitted sheet and pillows. We had to ask for a blanket. Also, found a dirty wash cloth under a stool and a dent in the wall like it had been kicked in.

Did not even have a coffee pod in my room. Boxes upon boxes stacked in the dirty front desk area. Building and grounds grossly neglected. Was not expecting it to be this bad. My advice to the front desk woman was to sell the property asap. Avoid until massive renovations are done.

Honestly, nothing lol. From the moment I pulled in I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. Nothing advertised on the Internet is legit. The place was basically held together by duct tape. My shower didn't work. The photos online were not accurate to what the rooms actually look like.

The property needs a little work.For the price, it was clean , the breakfast was adequate and the staff were great.The room was clean and cozy and roomy. T.v. and wifi were great too.

I arrived at the hotel and was turned away from the property. I prepaid and was not able to stay at the hotel. I called Hotels.com customer service for a refund and still haven’t received one because the hotel has not responded to them. We were left without a place to stay at 11pm at night because of this hotel. Worst experience I’ve had with a hotel.

Staff was nice but hotel itself was not in good shape and probably wont go back.

There was (working) air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed was comfortable, but did not have either a blanket or a spread on it; just a sheet. I did find a blanket on the shelf. The lady checking me in at the front desk was eating her supper while checking me in. The tiles in front of my bathroom sink were either broken/cracked or loose due to the grout being missing. Only about half the water came through the showerhead, the other half came out the tub spout, so showering took a little longer with lack of water. Only thing for grab-n-go breakfast was a HoneyBun, a yogurt or cereal. Overpriced!

The only thing is the breakfast is from 6-9am and we heard it was until 11am. We came down around 915am and nothing it was all gone (whatever it was). I asked them if I could just have a little something to get on the road and they gave us a pastry (which I appreciate) but why not have it posted in the lobby and also have it until like 10am? So thats my biggest complaint is the breakfast time was not communicated well.

The rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. The person at the dest asked like it eas a problem cause I asked her about why she needed to see my credit card. The remote didn't turn on the TV. Fruniture was damaged or peeling . The mini refrigerator had dents in it.

Clean dog friendly. Card readers and door handles are outdated small fix.

Hotel is not street visible, but I called the desk and they helped me get there.

Property is very hard to find. No sign on the road. Good location right off the highway. Room was clean but needed updating. A/C did not function properly. Definitely needs some upgrading.

Not great at all. Rude towed. My car not returning disrespectful no chances given. Only the one lady at the front desk was cooperative with me in the situation that had happened and it was very unfortunate but I couldn't help it and what had happened was unnecessary. Never going to return again. Very disappointed
