Wasn't informed the pool was closed. Also going through a re-model so the motel wasn't in the best shape.

They were having some remodeling done or I believe that the hotel would have been much nicer. The bottom floor was really a mess from it. However our room was nice.

Worst ever. Very dangerous. Staff set up to enter through the back of the building along a trash strewn wooden path to get to our room. Building smelled like rotting corpses (not joking) broken down buildings all around it. A fight between two women was happening outside. We were scared our vehicle was going to be broken into. We hid out in our rooms with our children and were scared for our safety. The breakfast was a muffin with a ghetto sign saying one per guest and dry cereal. Do not stay here. Very unsafe.

Closer to the lake. The location and the outside was dirty.

Breakfast was awful because there was little to no food

Housekeeping arrived to clean my room AGIAN I stayed to Make sure I pointed out all glass shards located in multiple areas by bed and door, couldn’t help but notice after a half effort sweep job the lady goes around with a unmarked spray bottle and began spot Cleanning with a black dirty mop using it on the floors and even the tub it’self, leaving behind a horrible mildew smell. Witnessing the poor effort of the front desk and housekeeper, me and my wife decided it would be less of a headache than dealing with staff that didn’t care and the fees of booking another stay on short notice we were forced to buy proper Cleanning products for our own room, ON OUR VACATION WE CLEANED OUR OWN ROOM MOPPED AND SANITIZED all three days. Yes housekeeping showed up daily but due to the PUNGENT MILDEW smell they were leaving behind with the DISGUSTING BLACK MOP head using it beyond the floors on most surfaces not to mention smoking just 8ft away from the door made the halls reek of fresh and stale cigarettes. My room key seemed to need a minimum of 4 tried to get the card to read and grant access which gave plenty of time to notice all of the walls and doors were clearly painted over 4 times with old damage still very visible and detectable just no effort for upkeep, slap some paint on and call it brand new seems to be the go to move for anything damaged on site.

carpet in the hallway dirty bathroom floor not cleaned very well. well not recommend anyone to stay there.

The customer service was unsatisfactory, and the lobby was heavily permeated with cigarette smoke. Employees require further education regarding Mannazima. Overall, the cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the customer service requires additional training to enhance their interactions with customers and guests.

It's not in very good shape. Not all the exterior doors have key locks, was missing a light bulb in my room and TV was disconnected.
