Way overpriced for what you get, only sausage biscuits and I don’t eat sausage, Ice machine don’t work and been that ways since the last time I came here over a year ago, broken stuff everywhere, refrigerator in room didn’t work, broken doors, etc. staff hangs out in the breakfast room just sitting around staring at all the guest or they sit around doors smoking, a very run down building creepy staff, priced as a premium stay.

This hotel smelled like cigarettes, chlorine, and roasted garlic. The bed was super hard and sheets stained. There were spider webs in the corners and the door did not lock properly. Cigarette butts littered the ground like grass. We checked out a day early.

property could not allow the accommodation due to tornado impact and asked us cancel through the booking source which is understandable; but they are not responding to confirm the same to booking.con to get the refund even after multiple times

Location was closed following storm damage, I was not contacted by anyone to let me know and I ended up having to drive back home. No contact from the hotel.

I booked through Booking.com and when I got there, there was no power so yeah, I didn’t like that No, Power

We got there and the pool wasn't working due to a storm. I understand things happen but, I think they should contact customer's and let them know ahead of time.

Just hope they have the pool repaired the next time we stay. This is twice that the pool was not in working order while we were there.

Nothing It was very dirty. The bathtub was disgusting with hair and dirt. The floor had not been cleaned . The whole place smelled like smoke . The security was broke going into building. Trash everywhere outside and grass was tall.

Right now the hotel is in pretty bad shape. I guess it got significant storm damage. When we were there the lobby was closed for repairs as was the pool. In the hallways the carpet wasn't glued down and there was trim off and some renovation supplies just lying around. The room was fine. Clean. Everything worked. And the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was Cheerios and milk, yogurt, or half thawed frozen sausage and egg sandwiches you had to microwave yourself. For almost $100 a night I would not stay again. I have slept in nicer hostels.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Hotel was kind of rundown. No hot water in the shower. No working wifi. Noise from trains nearby blowing whistles.

They closed the indoor pool because of lightning outside. INDOOR Pool. They had the pool closed for the rest of my stay because of storm damage. There was no storm.The place is run by idiots , not professionals.I am a rewards member and will never stay in that hotel again.
