    Nice, Quiet areas. Good room and comfortable bed. Nice tall shower. One irritation is that the television was a pain to use.

    Parking safe and easy . Staff extremely friendly . Bed was very comfortable. I feel rooms are on the verge of needing updating and I would like the window to be able to be open for fresh air . Then it would be A 5 star for what it is : a place to stay off the highway .

    Great place to stay. Close to beaches, Chesterton Market, Michigan City. and more.. Just off interstate. Staff were so helpful. Decent breakfast. We only received 1 hand towel, should have asked for more. We would definitely stayhere again.

    Two managers greeted us with the unfortunate news. They had no phones to be able to report issues or respond to calls. Experian is the issue. Payment was made to them. Because they can not reach hotel, no power, we haven't been approved for refund. I believe Experian should go the extra mile to verify what we have shared. I am sure there are other users who are having same issue/story. Our thanks to hotel staff who were there to inform us even though their homes had some damages. Also thank you to the hotelbwho housed people during the storms. We expect a full refund.

    The web site stated that the pet fee was $50, but when we checked in the fee was stated as being $75. The pet area is mostly dirt and not well maintained. I do not think I would return to this hotel.

    Breakfast was very good. Even when we came to eat, with 5 minutes to go, there was plenty to eat and the staff did not rush you which was very nice. The woman who checked us in, Leslie(?) was super.

    breakfast is good--love the Polish sausage. Mattresses are getting old. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Mattresses need an uplift!

    Breakfast looked bad…passed. Lobby smelled. Room smelled, A/C noisy. TV cabinet rattled loudly just from walking across the floor.
