The property overall is satisfactory for a short stay. The mattresses were quite old/cheap and you could feel every spring. We tried calling the property multiple times before arrival and got through 1 out of 10 times. So, front line and customer facing operations and staff on site were below expectations and I would rate a 1 out of 5. Not very hospitable or welcoming upon arrival. The pool and jacuzzi area are very large and were well kept, as were the rooms. Some signs of aging and required maintenance throughout but nothing I would say impacted our stay.

I loved it was clean and staff was really friendly The beds they were not comfortable at all made my back hurt had a bit of trouble trying to sleep

Everything but most importantly the peace and quiet. The air conditioner. It couldn’t change the setting from cold.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast was eh. Staff did not keep breakfast area very clean and the fridge only had 3 milks in it. Barely any muffins or pastries to choose from. Front desk at check out was on her phone, leaving me stand there.

We enjoyed the pool area and our room set up. The property definitely needs a deep clean and lots of maintenance. Our check in experience wasn’t great. We were not told any information about the property and the TVs were not operational during our stay either.

Hotel staff was great The Booking. Com staff sucked!!! They booked me 2 rooms instead of one and refused to cancel the 2nd room despite the hotel understanding and cancelling the 2nd room. The booking.com folks just would not cancel it. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM again and I am telling everyone to avoid them due to my experience with them!!
