Clean. Great pool and kids pool. Hot tub wasn’t working but that’s okay. Good assortment of breakfast
-
Had to go down to the front desk to ask for conditioner and soap as the shower was not already stocked & the room phone didn’t work. Paid $275 for a standard queen room. Should have booked the nearby comfort suites or Holiday Inn express.
-
Positives: pool was fun, breakfast was delicious, and having cold lemon water and coffee available 24/7 was handy.
-
Clean and convenient location. Good option for families.

The hotel is getting ran down since we last stayed here 3 years ago. The elevators were struggling to work, ice machines & vending machines only worked about half the time. Our room had sticky stuff on the walls & headboards of the beds.

It sucked. Bed uncomfortable pillows sucked. Walls in bathroom tun has holes. No toothpaste like bruh step your game up

The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment. They had a sign on the broken water fountain, saying that you could request a complimentary water bottle from the front desk but the front desk was not staffed any time that I was in the lobby.

We go upstairs and the room was not what I had booked. there were two queen beds, but no sofa pull out that would sleep two more. The granddaughters were disappointed but before we unpack I said wait, let me go just talk to Linda. Even when I presented her with an issue she was just as kind and even more accommodating. They no longer had Queen suits, so she upgraded us to a King family suite I believe she called it. She turned to Tracy and asked if it was ready and she said let me sweep it and it will be, with joy and friendliness! The suite was unbelievable! The kindness and care is unmatched and so refreshing! We visit the area at least once a year and this will be the only place we ever stay.linda is a rockstar and you could never pay her what she's worth, but she deserves a raise and a bonus! Many thanks and best regards, Amy Turner Remember not all the Wonder or lost😎

Jacuzzi was broken, ID was not checked to verify identity, handed me my room key and didn’t even try to tell me my room number or where it was located, elevators went down and only option was stairs (could have at least used signs to let people know where stairs were located), room had been tidied but not cleaned as there was used hair ties on the floor, soap slime on shower. Super loud all hours of the day/night. Upon checking out wasn’t even acknowledged by the front desk.

We had a great day! It’s a wonderful hotel. Very clean in the staff was exceptional. Linda at the front desk went above and beyond. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

I was on the second floor. And the people above me were making noises until midnight, shaking the whole ceiling. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell them to stop jumping or whatever they were doing to cause the ceiling to shake. And nothing was done.

for $230 for one night i shouldn’t have to ask for sheets to drape over all the furniture because of them being covered in suspicious white stains. everything in the room was absolutely disgusting. we have stayed at this same hotel for the past 4 years every summer and it continues to get worse. the bathroom smelled like vomit, had no exhaust fan, and had a broken toilet seat. the hot tub wasn’t working which is one of the main reasons we normally enjoy this hotel. came down for breakfast 40 minutes before it was set to be done and there was no food left but some eggs and everyone was very frustrated while staff tried as hard as they could to ignore it. the elevators feel like they are going to break down every time you use them. i fear we may stop with our tradition of coming here yearly. the only positive of this location at this point is the location itself.

Hot tub was down, but the real problem was the extremely large and rowdy family using the pool area. It was super loud and my kids had a hard time using any of the rather large pools until they left. Not the hotel’s fault but it wasn’t a great experience.
-
Great location to the Dunes park and beaches.

My family stayed at this hotel for three days. The morning of the second day the power went out and we had no electricity for the remaining two days. We checked out and stayed at another hotel, taking cold showers and walking around with glow sticks is not how we envisioned our family vacation. I called about the issue but was only refunded for one day. The bathroom tile was broken and sitting on the bathroom floor when we first entered the room, I informed the front desk personnel and he said it's okay don't worry about it.

Good location to the beach. Bathroom a bit worn. Breakfast was not great. Overall a clean and safe stay but very pricey.
