Good great outstanding service

This is a nice hotel. rooms are clean the check in time is 3pm and they will not check you in before that. Staff was not very helpful and waited for 15 mins before someone even showed up to checking in and at the rooms were not avaliable. If wasn't for the staff issues would stay there again

I checked out Friday the 25th at 11:30 am and the stay was great and the ladies that work there are great and go out of there way to make sure your stay is fabulous and I can't thank them enough for there kindness and professionalism.

It smelled like mold and mildew. There was an open sewer line me in the gym under the sink that smelt terrible. Never would stay again.

The staff was excellent. The customer service was on point. The front desk and cleaners was friendly and helpful to your needs. The complimentary breakfast was good. The area was very clean for a older hotel. The mattress was very comfortable. The smell of the carpet and couch was filthy. It need to be cleaned. The bathtub was gray but I'm not saying it wasn't cleaned. It's a older hotel and well expected.

The hotel had a terrible smell. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dissapointed,do not rent this property!! The staff was very rude, room service young lady very,very rude. We had mold smell in our bedroom and tried to get another room and it was not available.

The staff at the front desk were all awesome.

Nothing to like do not stay here!!! Gross!!! Booked room 1 month in advance got to the hotel and was told that they could not honor our reservation. The front desk person was very rude and the manager was not any better. Had to cancel and leave and then 2 days later the hotel charged my card for the room we did not stay in. The whole ordeal was the worst situation every dealt with. The hotel lobby was dirty and very stinky. Again do not stay here!!

The breakfast was not very good.

The breakfast was a little early for me at 5am to 9am. The staff started taking the food away and cleaning up before 9am. While I was staying there, so were crews restoring the local electrical power from the big storm. After breakfast the dining area was cleaned up and was blocked off from guests sitting there. So the electrical workers were congrating in the parking lot or hanging around the lobby area doing their laundry. I think the dining area should be available for guests to relax, talk, play games, watch TV, or wait on their laundry. Also blocking the entry to the dining area with chairs just looks tacky.

I was told that they did have power. I drove up there and found that the hotel was closed and had no power. I would like a refund back.

The place was very clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

I would never stay here again. Room was very dirty. Leftover food in the fridge. Hair all over the shower. Couldn’t walk down the hall without hearing a lot of dogs. Felt like a pet motel. No elevator. Be aware you’ll have to carry your luggage up stairs.

Bathroom and shower were dirty!

The breakfast was good. I had to go to a separate room for hot water for my tea, which was odd.
