Spacious room, nice breakfast, fitness center and laundry facilities available.

The pictures do not match the actual rundown quality and lack of housekeeping skills that the hotel actually is.. I took pictures of the gross windows, the hair on the bathroom floor, the flat pillows. The floor above us creaked, so we could hear every movement from above and every conversation penetrated right through the walls and floor. On top of that, the breakfast was minimal with prepackaged stuff that you would buy out of a vending machine and a few cooked items that were gross.

The hotel is in a rough area of Portland.

The lady at the counter did everything in her power to fix all our issues First room we got was in the basement and smelt like urine and was super musty. We were moved to a much better smelling room but the TV didn’t work. After 3 attempts to fix it, we were told we could check out and get refunded. It was almost 9pm and we were fully unpacked and in bed. Lastly, the most disappointing was that booking.com listed this as 0.3 miles from the concert venue we were here for so we planned on walking there. It was actually over 4 miles and a 13 min drive which was a bummer since the venue had zero parking.

My husband and I had booked a room for 3 nights for ourselves and our 4.5 month old baby, but our stay was so uncomfortable that we decided to cut the trip short and left a day early. I would not recommend othesr stay here if you want a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The entire first floor smelled very strongly of weed when we first arrived despite the no smoking rule stated by the hotel. The pillows were incredibly lumpy and old and when asked if we could switch them out we were told “they’re all the same.” The room was musty and the smell worsened if you used the heating/cooling. The worst part of the stay and the main reason we left a day early was the very loud and inconsiderate guests above us. We were awoken around midnight each night to very loud banging and stomping above us that lasted HOURS. It sounded like parkour. We asked the front desk to be moved to a higher level after the first night and they put in our request. The second night was even worse. The banging lasted hours and my husband had to get up to ask them to shut up. The noisy guests were literally fighting in the room and the door was open. This was within earshot of the person at the front desk and they didn’t take action until my husband said something to them. The property is clearly beat up and needs some upgrades to improve guest experience. To the staff’s credit, they did tell the room above us to quiet down after we asked. If you can afford it, spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Staff was great, pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Hall carpet was very dirty. Room was good except for the bathroom. Hairs on floor, toilet seat was loose and burned. Caulking between tub and tile floor was in serious need of replacement. For the price ($200+ per night) I feel it should have been cleaner and maintained better. Beds were ok. Very springy but not uncomfortable once you laid down.

The pool is open 24 hours, the breakfast options, And the fact they use RFID cards instead of the magnetic ones. The fact they charged an extra $50 deposit. I did end up getting it back after my stay but it just upsets me every time I stay at a hotel and they're like Oh hey, we're going to charge an extra amount of money. I wish they were just up front about it at time of booking instead of waiting until I get there to tell me.

Comfy beds, tv didn’t work properly asked for help and it still didn’t work well, they didn’t clean our room because they only cleaned every three days, breakfast was alright it’s been better at other locations.

Normal wear and tear, but could use updates.

I love the 24 hour pool and hot tub and the incredible free breakfast! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, everything is great there.

I have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed it so I booked again. This time we were directly across from the laundry room and with machines running, doors slamming and cleaning crews vacuuming at 7am I didn't sleep well and did not enjoy the stay as much. Also at 9am breakfast items had run out. If this was my first experience I wouldn't stay again but since I've had a good experience in the past I would give them another try, but definitely NOT in that room/hall.

location, location, and location. not very far from the downtown area. Also, the bed is really comfortable. Early check-in and nice staffs to answer all your questions. Don't expect much for the breakfast, it didn't change over the days I stayed there. I won't blame it due to the inflation. But I truly don't like is with my early check out, one day early than expected. I was told no charge for the no stay date. Then after I returned home and checked my credit card account. There is still one day extra charge for the day I didn't stay there at all. Honesty is the most valuable merit I think every business should hold. (Update: after I complained via email, the property did correct the extra charge and refund to me. So, just a communication issue now. Thanks!)

Reasonably comfortable and clean, good enough for spending a night and continuing on a road trip. Plenty of free parking. Location was out of the way in an industrial area. Building itself was a bit run-down, but not falling apart.

great affordable option outside of the main PDX downtown area!
-
Decent stay.
-
The pool The elevator was in the middle you had to walk 9 rooms to get to the elevator and expected a little more from breakfast
-
The price was fair 2 weeks later and still haven't gotten my refund. The cleaning lady was oping my room door 3-4 hours before it was check out time. Woke me up earlier than I wanted. Can't quickly walk to any thing.
-
The space was clean. The staff was helpful. No complaints.
-
Comfiest beds ever. Jacuzzi in the room was amazing perfect for a quick couples weekend get away!
-
The staff was nice, location is perfect near everything you can need. I didn't like the fact that this hotel does not have a pool.
