Hotel was clean, esthetics were appealing, Staff was incredible. Bartender Heather was the highlight of my stay. Very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again, in fact i rebooked to end my trip here in several days. Nothing about my stay that i didn't like

Location was great (my husband and I have stayed here many times and love the Alphabet District). It was walkable to many restaurants and stores. It was easy to take public transportation downtown. Free parking is also a great amenity. The walls are thin and we could hear people in next room. Their TV volume was very loud past 10 pm (perhaps you could supply earplugs?). The small frig's freezer was not cold enough. The lights could use dimmers, especially above the bathroom sinks. On the other hand, it's nice to have the sinks separate from the toilet and tub.

I was upgraded to a king room. It was a good value for the price. A person in the room above me stomped on the floor walking around in the middle of the night. I’m not sure what one can do about that but that’s why I down graded the facility itself.

Clean, comfy bed, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Close to city amenities but a little removed so it was pretty quiet. Also appreciate the Aveda shampoo, body wash and cream. Nothing really.
