What disappointed me was how the situation was handled afterward. After discovering that the rear window had been smashed and our belongings stolen, I asked the front desk if I could borrow a vacuum or a broom to clean the broken glass from the trunk so we could safely continue our trip. I was simply told they didn't have either one, and no alternative assistance was offered. What was even more concerning was that the valet stand directly faces the parking lot in front of the hotel. That morning, at least 10 vehicles in the lot had their windows smashed. Given how visible the parking lot is from the hotel, it was surprising that no one appeared to have noticed or warned guests. The most upsetting moment came when I asked whether this kind of incident happened often. The staff member's response was simply, "That's why we offer valet parking." I found that response insensitive and completely lacking empathy. I don't blame the hotel for crimes that occur on neighboring property. However, I do expect hotel staff to show compassion and make a reasonable effort to help guests in difficult situations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the hotel improves how it responds to guests facing incidents like this given it may happen quite often in this location.

Great facility. Well designed and clean. The front desk staff varied in helpfulness which is my only negative thing to say about my stay.
-
The staff was so friendly-the room was clean- loved the hydration station!
-
There was no breakfast and the hotel was very booked wthout enough hellp to check us in. The value was not acceptable. I feel they exagerated on the info and other hotels in the area were nicer.
-
Clean room, friendly staff, and overall a nice stay.
-
Great experience with staff - they were super helpful and flexible around my departure (held bags, encouraged use of facilities post check-out).

Excellent hotel.

Awesome place to stay that has a very easy layout and just perfect for a weekend getaway in the downtown area

Staff was very nice although I called twice for toilet paper. I kept in mind maybe it was busy downstairs but also felt ignored as I had to call second time. I thought breakfast was included and free but had to pay extra. Wish it was more clear. Also the carpet was very bearded and snagged. Section should be replaced as my husband does flooring and we notice it really stands out. It pulled the over all look of place down a bit.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the Pearl District - spacious rooms with good lighting, drawers, fridge, and a very comfortable bed.

Clean and newer hotel. Staff were nice but not many available in restaurant. Area was ok.

Loved the water refill stations on each floor, the gym view was amazing. Staff very friendly and bar dinner menu was delicious

Valet staff was so great!

Bed was super lumpy, and our coffee maker didn’t work. But the worst part was we could hear the next door room completely. They watched tv with music until 2 AM on our first night making it very difficult to sleep. Staff were always friendly and I loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to walk to some great places. Tried to save money parking in the lot across the street instead of valet and someone hit our car on our bumper so maybe pay the extra money and use their valet.

Good area

Beautiful property, nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and the room had everything I could need. I enjoyed the neighborhood as there were good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance!

Great spot for light sleepers, given the quiet neighborhood and poured cement floors that block any sounds of heavy footsteps from upstairs guests. Note that the “cooling drawer” in the rooms are not little refrigerated drawers. It’s just a drawer that you can keep an ice bucket in.
