Great location. We walked everywhere. Food, bars, transportation, pharmacy was not too far, groceries next door, walked to the Hop On Hop Off Trolley. It was not that far from the hotel. Staff was great. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Definitely our choice of hotel for whenever we come back to Portland. Thank you.

Excellent hotel

Great location! Parking is rough, so we used valet for 50 a night. Pool is great if you have kids, and its hot in there. Rooms were clean and roomy. Would stay again.

Beautiful interior and great staff Nothing

Pretty good hotel. Good location.
-
Clean and well-run! Parking was a little stressful in the morning, did not want to pay more to use valet.
-
Very clean and updated. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax.

Location The outlets in the room were ‘loose’ and didn’t hold our plugs too well. The USB port by the TV didn’t work, so it was a challenge to charge everything, plus in CPAP etc.. The men’s bathroom in the lobby faucet and soap dispenser sensors were ridiculously inaccurate and hard to operate- I was waving my hands around like a mime and still nothing. Hilton Honors member and wasn’t greeted with that or s bottle of water.

The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. There were many places to eat within walking distance, also Powell's Bookstore was nearby, the largest bookstore that I have ever been to. Although the valet parking was nice, it was a bit expensive.

Downtown parking is tough.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive.

Everything, location was perfect , friendly staff, I have no complaints

The location is awesome. I love this area of Portland. A very walkable area with a lot of culture and restaurants, etc. Close to Powell's Books. This hotel is very poorly put together especially considering the price. Curtains don't close completely, the room HVAC is noisy, there's lots of light from the hallway, and it's noisy from inside hallways and rooms. No idea whay a lot of American hotels just can't get basic hospitality right these days. Quiet, temperature controlled, dark rooms are in short supply even in expensive places.

Good breakfast

This hotel was very nice, exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great and very expansive, the hotel feels new, the room (family suite) was spacious and we loved the rooftop deck and the security. We would’ve liked a hot tub, but everything else about the hotel was great. And a good location for exploring.

Good location. Room was nice Valet parking was way too expensive.

The staff at this property stood out to us. Everyone greeted us daily, from the cleaning crew to the valet drivers. The valet was smooth and easy to use. The room was very clean. The pool was fun for the kids. The GM was very hands on and kind. He was greeting us daily and was seen supporting the valet rush. I don’t write reviews often but it was very refreshing to be treated with such amazing hospitality that I felt it was necessary to recognize this staff and facilities.
