Everything was very clean; we had a great time.

Friendly staff and great, full breakfast. Our room as clean and comfortable.

Staff was really nice. Room was clean however the toilet would take forever to refill to flush again. Also parking was annoying. If anyone has a key card vehicle like a Tesla beware. They won’t Valet your car if it’s just your phone key. I’ve had other hotels use the phone key and bring me my phone back. Kinda wack in this technological age. Also huge homeless population on the street by the entrance.

parking was street side and had to pay, no information was given even upon calling other than vallet which is very high price

I originally booked this hotel because I saw photos of the rooftop patio. However, when I got in the elevator and tried to select that floor, it displayed “Access Denied.” I assumed the area was closed for maintenance or another reason, which was a little disappointing since the rooftop was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Also, make sure you always have your room key with you. Even if someone else in your group is already in the room, the elevator will sometimes require you to scan your key before you can select your floor. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean, and I really appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.

Great location and easy street parking.

Staff was excellent, breakfast was good and a nice added touch for us guest. The pool and patio were also appreciated used and another Good reason of several that I will stay there again. Check in was excellent without any bumps or issues. Thank you.
