Cambria Hotel Portland - Pearl District

Overall a good stay. One thing I was a little disappointed in was we requested extra blankets from the front desk only to be told that they didn’t really have anything and that I would need to come down to the lobby to get them myself because there was no one working that could help.

Modern. Comfortable , excellent staff

I can honestly say I’ve never been locked out of an elevator or room at noon on checkout day until the Cambria. We walked in at 12:02 to go grab our packed bags to leave and elevator and room were locked. I guess things have changed and I’m okay with that if that’s how it is but maybe tell the guests you risk a lockout at 2 minutes past checkout. The guy at the front desk was like “yeh it’s automatic” haha.

Clean and quiet room. Comfy bed and big bathroom.

The hotel itself was nice and a great place for our stay but the parking situation was unexpected. They offer valet covered parking in a supposedly safe garage but they told us there was no guarantee that the car wouldn’t get broken into. We ended up parking in the street and thankfully had no issues with break ins! The area this hotel is in is decent in terms of decent level of unhoused people

Great location. Great room on the corner of the building with huge windows. Staff was extremely helpful and the bartender was great. Great breakfast diner at the end of the block. Within five blocks are great brew houses and historical restaurants like Jake’s. Definitely a big yes for The Cambria!

Clean room with a comfy spacious bed. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating! I can’t wait to come back. There was nothing not to like. Absolutely no complaints.

Looked knew. Restaurant is really good. Staff was great You could hear everything in the hallways. You could hear noises from your neighbors and everything outside in the streets. I stayed on the sixth floor too.

The hotel is in the city center, great location. Once inside the hotel, everything was up to par. But as soon as you go out the front door, it was a different world. The hotel abuts a central park, and it was full of homeless all hours of the day. A little loud, but not confrontational, just everywhere. Parking is provided by valet for $55/night, but there is also parking on the street in front of the hotel, which worked out well for us at no additional cost. Clean room; nice staff; we did not use the bar or restaurant.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, location was centralized, downtown near trains, the bus station, restuarants, shops. Only had one bottle refill station. A water and coffee station for guests at the front would have been very nice!
