This is a great hotel, the price and the quality is top notch. I think the only downside is the block south of the property so if you’re not use to homeless people with mental issues ( which leave you alone) you might be surprised but if you stuck to the north and east you are fine everything is super walkable. The staff is also very friendly and just down to earth

the property is very convenient for shopping and eats. there is CVS and Whole Foods within 10-minute walking distance. If you want convenience, this is it. However, it is downtown so number of homeless, although they do not bother you, does make me feel uncomfortable and cautious. the area also has unique smell, not good smell, lingering in the air.

There were many issues with the wifi. But a technician tried to solve the problems, but it was hit and miss. No breakfast included, but there were so many good options in the area. Besides that, I would highly recommend and stay there again in the future.

Friendliest staff with clean and modern accommodations. It’s in a great location across from a park and close to restaurants and shops like Powell’s. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for a delicious, fresh breakfast.

The front desk to the valet - very impressive staff

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room and all of the common areas were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. It was also quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Terrible part of town. Not walkable like advertised. Not safe part of town. This hotel is not at all as advertised as far as location goes. wouldn’t let us cancel and get our money back. DO NOT stay here.

The good: Check-in was easy and service was great. We were explained all of the amenities and the on-site dining options. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean with a nice walk-in shower. Overall, the room felt on the higher-end. The bad: The entire area is heavily visited by unhoused individuals. We parked the car in front of the hotel just steps away from somebody passed out in the grass. There is a kids playground across the street, however, it is also frequented by the same individuals. Within a short time, we witnessed several fights, yelling, drug activity, and somebody changing in the open. Not great when you have kids. The hotel room was quiet at first, but around midnight the walls started to shake from the people screaming and yelling above us. This went on for several hours. When we made the front desk aware, they brushed it off and advised they would send security. Nothing changed. We followed up about the incident during our early morning check-out and were told that security had checked it out but didn’t find anything. Our concerns were immediately dismissed and we were left with a “well you are good to leave”. Tip: on-street parking cost $6 for 2 hours and is free from 7pm-8am. You can save yourself the $55 valet fee if you are willing to take the risk of on-street parking. We had no issues but we also made sure to remove everything out of the car and parked right in front of the hotel.

We were the last room in the hall. I could hear conversations in other rooms as I walked down the hall the next morning. There is simply no way that the security guard could not have stood outside our door for a few minutes and come to the conclusion we weren’t making noise. Also, as I lay awake from 1:30-3:30am, unable to get back to sleep, I heard nothing. The room was one of the nicest designs I’m ever stayed in. Not luxurious by any standards, but the attention to details and the clean design were the best I’ve ever seen. The only negative to the room itself was that lot of noise was transmitted through the ceiling from the occupants above (maybe their elephant feet caused the noise complaint?). The front desk staff was nice. But, I won’t be staying here again. The manager was professional and apologized for our sleep, but he refused to say they had done something wrong in knocking on our door and waking us up. Which means, they might do it again.
