Everything about the hotel was great, especially the staff. The area leaves a little to be desired but that's true of a lot of places there.

If you have a car you have to park at meters on the street or in a garage. City garage is .3 miles away. If you don’t mind a bit if a walk or are okay with ubering a lot this hotel is close to shops and bars and restaurants. We were a bit put off at first with all the homeless people around but found them non aggressive and sometimes friendly. Glad we stayed here.

Location, location, location! Easy walk to Union Station. Lots of great eats, excellent art galleries; Powell's. A great staff that really care about making your stay a success in the Pearl District. Pillows are too fat for a side sleeper like me.

This is a nice clean hotel in the Pearl District of Portland, near the train station. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I didn't use too many onsite amenities so can't speak to that.

The price shown on booking.com was not the final price they charged. The hotel said it was a required charge but didn't explain what it was for. It's not acceptable to increase the price at check in.
