Park Lane Suites and Inn

The apartment style room worked perfectly for us. We liked the full kitchen. Not much parking. Spaces hard to park in.

Affordability and location Hotel infrastructure was significantly lacking, like the toilet didn’t flush and I had to be moved rooms. The staff made me walk up the hill to receive keys and then asked if I could bring the old keys back. This hotel was not accessible as there were no elevators to go up stairs (with luggage the stairs were hazardous).

Cheryl was awesome. She was just the best person ever! Protect her at all costs! She is a national treasure! The Internet connection was horrible. I am a digital nomad and I work remotely and need good Internet connection for my livelihood and it just was subpar. Even though it said it had a full connection. It was spotty it dropped. I couldn’t take any of my calls.

Park Lane Suites is nicely located near Nob Hill and the Portland International Rose Test Garden. Nothing

A little older, but well maintained and a great, friendly staff. Coffee maker in the rooms or fresh in the lobby. I've stayed here 3 times already and will be back.

Great so nice and friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. A wonderful property that I would stay again.

Nice property. The staff is great. The rooms are large and wonderful. Parking really really sucks.

Staff great. Rooms not at all like the images online. Rooms are dreary and drab and not crisp and painted like photos. Great bonus is they give free tickets to the Japanese garden

An adequate place to stay for one night. Conveniently located near many Nob Hill businesses. Parking can be a problem.

The ice machine was not working on the property across the street. That was find of a hassle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in the room next to the stairs on the property across the street. Our room shook every time someone used the stairs. We thought there was a minor earthquake until we figured out what was happening. Bottom Line for the location/cost we would definitely stay there again.

Very good

Exceptional

The location and the parking was good. The facilities are little old and painting was falling down from the ceiling of the bathroom.

Location and free parking! Room was a little run down, but comfortable enough for the stay. The room got to be very humid.

surprisingly over the expectations. the apartment is huge and has everything. it’s a little outdated but fine. position is good, 20 minutes walking from powell’s book could use a renovation but is still fine

Very good

Staff member was so so nice! Came with a free ticket to the garden! Location was also perfect

Great central location and free parking a big plus. We’ve stayed several times (always fine) but first time in a suite as my mother in law with us. Unfortunately our room was in a dark corner that looked out on a wall. But assuming this was a one off room location.

Comfy bed, quite
