Hyatt Centric Downtown Portland

Will not recommend anyone to this hotel definitely an overrated motel.

Stay was great clean rooms all amenities in rooms work really good location . Valet parking only on property but plenty street parking available would stay there again when back in portland

Overall , it is a very good experience, although I feel it is a bit expensive for breakfast even, not why we paid for breakfast when expedia mentioned that breakfast will be covered. Expedia app needs to be more realistic and authentic for better customer experience and expectations.

My favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The only hotel that I’ll stay in when i come to Portland. And i l love the food at the hotel. Everyone there is so friendly and kind

Disappointing

Good central location. Coffeeshop/restaurant downstairs. Valet parking unless you want to risk a public garage, but helpful.

Don’t pay for parking!!!! I paid under the impression it was a locked garage the next morning valet brought me my car with the window busted out. Hotel stating there is nothing they can do about this! $60 for their parking for a busted window. There was nothing valuable in my car. No one helped us and state there is nothing they can do.

Love this hotel. In the middle of Downtown. The hotel and rooms were so clean! Very spacious. All the staff were super sweet. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location with a lot of close restaurants. Park at the church. Bring slippers as the asthetic is concrete floors. Also stay with someone close to you because the bathrooms are not soundproofed.

was impressed by how clean the room was, it felt like a new hotel. Robes to lounge in, coffee in room and quiet even next to the elevator.

Love staying at this hotel with my children. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lots of restaurants and shops nearby we love the room service some of the best burgers we have had in Portland. My only complaint is valet is on a busy street on a slight hill. Someone will have to hold the luggage cart or it will roll away and there is no handicap button for the entrance doors so it’s hard getting in and out with your luggage and children in strollers.
